See post #4 for a chilling alternate/parallel purpose for F&F.

Not a doubt in my mind that building the case for draconian gun control was the rationale for Fast and Furious. They even brought Mexican president Felipe Calderón to claim in front of Congress that American guns were being used in Mexico.

The drug dealers have co-opted the military, and have access to any weapon in Mexico’s arsenal, including fully automatic weapons. They control the borders, and can smuggle anything they need in from other Central American countries. They operate their own submarines that can deliver whatever the arms dealers will ship them. The going price for a fully automatic AK-47 is something like $100 from international arms dealers. They have the money to pay for it all.

And we’re supposed to believe they’re buying $500 semi-autos in Harlingen two at a time? Bullsh*t! Anyone who believes that is a damned idiot.

Fascinating. I knew there were other ops, but not that they were ongoing (the arrogance!).

May the steady drip of truth erode the facade of tacqiya, propoganda and misdirection!

The Patriot Act is one point they are spot on about; it is a huge pile of dung from which grew our current TSA (who by their very nature violate the 4th Amendment as a matter of standard procedure).

I can really get them riled up by telling them that the TEA Party opposed the Patriot Act, too. I keep telling them that they're starting to sound more and more like the TEA Party and should come out to a rally.
