CHICAGO— The fiance of a suburban Chicago woman accusing Republican presidential hopeful Herman Cain of making a sexual advance says the woman stepped forward because she felt she had to.
Sharon Bialek challenged Cain on Monday at a news conference in New York. Her fiance is 49-year-old Mark Harwood of Mundelein. He tells The Associated Press that Bialek told him about the alleged incident for the first time Friday.

I’m replying to myself. Just saw on Big Government that it was verified in 2006 she registered to vote and voted in the R primary in 2008.
I don’t know what the laws are in Illinois. I was simply stating what’s been posted.

I am 58 yrs old. 30 years ago I worked as a law clerk to a Washington state ex senator. He sexually harassed me big time and held my job out as a threat. I threw a stack of files at him and told him to stuff his job and walked out. If he EVER ran for office I would CERTAINLY tell my fiancee on day one of that SOBs campaign. Not wait six months!

One of the most recent lawsuits against her (and there are several over the years) was filed by Illinois Lending Company, a payday loan operation. It appears they got a judgment of almost $4K plus fees against her and have attached (like placing a lien on) some of her personal property.
The voter’s rolls in Illinois list people by party affiliation including which primaries they voted in so unless things have changed ...

Others have posted that you do not register by party, but rather request a part ballot at election time. As I wrote, I don’t know what is correct in Illinois.
I didn’t watch the presser. I see she will be on piers Morgans show. May watch. The mere fact she has Gloria as her atty proves to me she is in it for cash.
