"Whiskey Tango Foxtrot, Politico?" (Limbaugh Referencing This Now)
The American Spectator ^ | 4 November 2011 | Robert Stacy McCain

Posted on 11/04/2011 9:52:48 AM PDT by AmericanInTokyo

WASHINGTON, D.C. -- "What the [bleep] is Politico doing?" said the man on the phone. "And how the [bleep] are they getting away with this [bleep]?" Reporters rival sailors for their proficiency in profanity, and one of the most experienced political journalists in Washington was cussing a blue streak Thursday evening as he railed against the shoddiness of Politico's reporting on the Herman Cain "scandal."

Because that is the LIBERAL DEMOCRAT-REPUBLICAN ESTABLISHMENT (RINO) alliance made in hell NARRATIVE. That’s why Medved said it.

You just getting that now? They have an agenda just like any of the other outlets. I have tuned them out until the general election begins.

No one doubts the media are meanies. No one doubts that this is a smear job, nor doubts that such a story would result in a free for all causing finger pointing between the various campaigns all around, incuding at the White House, as to whom could be the source of the story that Cain endured two harrassment accusations.

Conservatives, finally, now have the muscle, and the where with all, and the resolve, to turn their own powerful guns on the media for all their historically unchallenged muck raking and political hatchet jobs over the years, and their deadly shaping of loose facts, barely facts and no facts. Now conservatives can make the media a part of the story.
This is a good thing.

So, does this mean that a conservative is now politcally incorrect to read and repeat what have been reported as eye witness accounts to Cain’s past behaviors? I accept that the media are meanies. I didn’t like it when they tried to associate Rick Perry with the signage on the rock, when what his family actually did was try to deface the signage, and when that paint-over faded they turned the dang thing over. Cain was no help. He uses it to jump the gun and appear on two Sunday shows to label the affair as
“insensitive”. This remark was irritating. Cain was so eager he to appear with the finger point against Rick he didn’t yet know of the efforts Perry made to get rid of the signage.

Now comes Cain, again, out of the gate pointing fingers back, at the Perry campaign, over the exposure of the two accusations against himself, while cheerfully, again, free-passing the ties the Romney campaign had with the National Restaurant Association, and also free-passing the White House’s own ability to expose the so-called
“settlements” with the NRA.

This is why Perry supporters have more than a passing interest in what’s up with this guy, why the heck is it that the rag Cain has is ALWAYS Perry and NEVER Romney. Yes, the media are meanies. What pray tell is Cain’s obsession with only Rick Perry? Rick is not leading in the polls against Cain. Is it politically incorrect to notice that for the first several hours of this breaking story that it was Romney under suspicion? Romney was known to have the ability to leak this and with some connections of his own to the NRA? What did you hear from Cain against Romney? Crickits. Whadaya EVER hear from Cain against Romney?

"Five days!" yelled the veteran reporter on the phone. "Five days and what have we got? Nothing! What the [bleep] were they thinking about, running with a piece of [bleep] story like that?"

This begins to sound like the dialog for one of those YouTube "Hitler Downfall" parodies.

I don’t even have TV but I noticed, several months ago, that both Fox and Michael Medved seemed to be attacking any candidate that was “populist”. First perry and now Cain.

My Romneybot radar is getting a hit on a couple of possible stealth targets.

A week ago Medved was saying that although Cain was ahead nationally, Romney was ahead in the first four primaries and had the machine to win - and that Cain was, though popular, not really a contender. Then Cain is tied and even ahead of Romney in those very same states, then this breaks, and Medved is down on Cain’s response.

Medved is a big loser in this thing. His base listeners are not amused.

Rush is really going today, yep. He is so angered over this whole thing, he is now calling some people on the GOP side—who sided with Politico, as “pantywaists”. LOL.

Michael Medved and Hugh Hewitt are twin pimples on Mitt Romney's butt. And to think I used to listen to these two shills!

Excellent scenario!

Consider also, that the Media are actively running cover for Mittens and would throw out red herrings to distract attention from the obvious culprit.

It was Mittens who was threatened by the Herminator, not Perry.

I wish Politico was falling apart....unfortunately they have no journalistic standards and neither do the old media guards at the WP and NYT. They will continue to throw mud against the wall to help Obama. I haven’t even followed this story much because it all sounds ridiculous.

Bottom line...I really don’t care if he said something a bit flirty or racy to a female at the association. It’s pathetic the way liberal women run around screaming sexual harrassment everytime a man flirts with them...lol. It’s also become a rather lucrative lawsuit industry.
