DENVER At least seven people were arrested in downtown Denver during a confrontation between Denver Police and Occupy Denver protesters Saturday afternoon.
Witnesses say some in the crowd were throwing objects at police, and that a few officers patrolling the protest on motorcycles were pushed off their bikes. No injuries were reported.
Sources say a few officers have resorted to pepper spray and other non-lethal devices in an effort to control the crowd.

I predict some fleabagger will shoot some fellow fleabaggers and try to pretend it was done by the cops.
They have to get their Kent State moment to relive their yutes somehow.

There are definitely some organizers who want confrontation with the police. I would prefer the police withdraw at all of these sites until the situation gets so bad citizens call for them to clean house. If they can't get the confrontation they want, they will either turn into a peace loving protest, or try other means of provoking.

I would tend to agree but that leaves decent citizens at the mercy of the scumbaggers.

These would be the total nutcases who have come in order to get arrested from the beginning. I bet a lot of them get arrested every Columbus Day too. They are semi-pros. The paperwork becomes a badge of credibility, and can move one up in the quiet hierarchy behind these groups. Since charges are usually dropped anyway, I’m surprised that most demonstrators don’t insist on being arrested.

They have to get their Kent State moment to relive their yutes somehow. Took a peak over at DUmmieland and they're all ecstatic that the AFL-CIO goons are joining in.
The dip sh!ts don't even realize the goonians are the ones who planned this all along and have been using these occupy idiots all along.
It's truly sad we have such people like this to contend with. I hope some day they will grow out of their indoctrination, but I doubt it.

Saw a video where the organizers were designating which protesters were to be arrested.

Yes, for a while. The world view of left wing radicals and how to achive their goals is to smash the facist state with a people's revolution. In order to do that, they need to tear the mask of the facist state, and show the people what it really is. Then the people will join them in revolution. In their minds they
have to provoke the state.
So, what if they want to fight against their facist opressors, and their opressors don't show up? Since dynamics of left wing protest and activism is based on being attention whores, ignoring them is the worst thing you can do. Ignore them and either they will go away, up the ante, or lastly come up with some real goals and plans. (Just kidding about the last one)
If the police don't take the bait, they will have to up the ante. By doing so they will tear the mask off, but their own mask, not the state's.
Its all right here on YouTube:

New York City just closed all city parks for trees falling in the storm.....
Denver getting dicey...live stream has it now..police in gas masks and understand some removing tents at various locations. Protesters warning there are infiltraters creating problems...they should have known long ago establishing the longevity of this would attract every bumb and pervert criminal minded individual out there.

but I think they did it themselves If want a little more kindling for your conspiracy, consider who they hit, an ex-Marine* Iraqi war vet. If you were looking for sympathy from normal Americans, you couldn't pick a better target.
* I say 'ex' instead of 'former' because I'm not so sure what kind of a Marine he was.
