For more than a year, the American Family Association has pleaded with Home Depot (HD) not to publicly back gay rights. The home improvement retailer has ignored those pleas. In fact, the Atlanta-based company continues to participate in the city's gay pride parade, as it has done for years.

It is a tough situation for folks to decide what to do. They are 100 percent supportive of the military and then they pull this. At war, I think being supportive of the troops is very important. Tough decision people are going to have to make.
All they need to do is drop the “e” and add an “o”.
I was a Homo Depot regular before I heard of their support for the gay cause (last year?). Haven’t set foot in there since, and haven’t missed it either. Also clipped my card and emailed them to explain the reason.
Same for Old Navy, not that I ever really shopped there.
Lowes offers a 10 percent discount to military vets.
If we let the gay issue continue, then at some point there won’t be an America to fight for.
And their stores look/are better organized and easier to navigate. No more Homo Depot for me.
LOWES just got my business from now on...
I quit shopping at Homo Depot over a year ago too. I am boycotting Chillis to. Sent them an email and they responded with the old we love homos crap.
not a tough decision at all.
Have you seen this?

It’s frigging sick and I would hope not one conservative would ever give their money which would help the liberal left homo agenda..
Homo depot also goes to homosexual job fairs looking to recruit these people.
No tough decision for me, I travel an extra 30 miles if I can’t get the stuff I need at tractor supply and trust me I spend a lot of money in these kind of places.
Home Depot has the right to market to whoever they want. I have every right to shop at Ace and Lowes instead (and I will).
Same here - I refuse to shop at HD. I have gone out of my way more than once to get what I needed and never referred it. We used to get the 5 dollar 4th of July t-shirts from Old Navy every year. That stopped when they began sellling rainbow “pride” t-shirts.
Another reason to add to why I buy from Lowe’s when I can.
referred = regretted (stinking auto complete!)
We moved to a condo this year and did some major redecorating, especially the kitchen.
Lowe’s got our business because of HD stance.
It will be easy for me. My closest Home Depot is about 50 miles away. The nearest Lowes is either 50.5 or 49.5 miles away - right near HD; I can’t remember which one I hit first.
We bought an older home in July. I’ve already done a fair amount of business at both, but there’s a lot more work to do. Lowe’s, here we come. (They did get the majority of the business anyway, thanks to the military discount.)
Doesn’t home depot have a nascar car?
with declining attendance perhaps this offensive recreational sex support by home depot should be communicated to family friendly nascar.
After all Nascar would not allow a wife swapping club to sponsor a car...
I stopped giving any business to Home Depot last year, upon learning of both its pro-gay and pro-illegals agendas. They will never get another dime from me, under any circumstances.
