I think he’ll hang in there a while and see what goes. Unless Palin decides to jump in and split the conservative votes between her and Cain giving Romney the nomination.

It's way too early to make the claim that Perry is ruined. Time will tell. But any more chaotic candidate entries in this race, will definitely play out in Romney's favor. He is the experienced, smooth and polished politician who will give the impression of the most cool, calm and in control candidate in the bunch.

If Palin gets in, it will become utter havoc and Romney will take the nomination.

“Unless Palin decides to jump in..”

If Palin jumps in, Perry and Cain will jump out.. one way or the other.

You honestly believe that Cain has as much grass roots support as Sarah Palin does? Well, ok, but don't put good money on that bet.

Actually, I think if Palin should jump in, there is a very good chance the final ticket will be Palin/Cain. That is a pretty good mix. I’m glad to see Cain surge. I hope it continues.

I was saddened that Morgan Freeman called the Tea Party racist....because they want to get Obama out of office. Foolishly he doesn’t realize it has nothing to do with Obama’s skin color....it is his politics and policy.

Anyway, it was a great argument against what Freeman said when Cain won the straw poll.

Hopefully Conservatives will give a pass to Perry and Romney. Herman Cain said it best at the Fox debate when he said that the candidate isn’t going to be a media chosen candidate like the front two. The American people will choose their own. I like McCain, but people need to take a look at Rick Santorum.

Sorry but that is the most ridiculous thing I have heard to date here!

Cain received 980 votes in a meaningless straw poll and now you are suggesting because of that when Palin gets in she will only split the Conservative vote and nominate Romney.

Well I got news for you, she is getting in, and the Straw poll means nothing, just as the Iowa poll meant nothing.

This is not a criticism of Cain in any way, he is a nice man and may even have a shot as Sarah`s running mate.
