A coy Sarah Palin talked a lot yesterday about the type of leader this country needs, but in what is turning into an extended national tease, she stopped just short of saying she will be that leader.
"I don't know yet," Palin, the former Republican vice presidential candidate turned best-selling author, told the Herald yesterday after her rousing midday speech at a Tea Party Express rally.
A fed-up Victor Luebker of the Armed Forces Tea Party Patriots [team stats] - a group of former military men and women who support the Tea Party's platform - said he's tired of Palin's games.
"She needs to declare and decide now," said Luebker, who did not attend the event. "The Tea Party is not a movement to sell books or make news for the sake of attention; we have serious issues facing our country."
Others, though, say they'll wait as long as necessary for Palin.

Yes, and a long infomercial where she throws her own party under the bus. If the Republican party is so bad, how does she think she can get elected WITHOUT the Republican party?.
He’s not Tea Party so he didn’t take Hoffas call to violence personally.
He was busy doing his job. He is a sitting governor who has real responsibilities like dealing with a major disaster that was responsible for people losing their lives and property.

No, he’s a sitting governor with real responsibilities. In case you didn’t know, his state erupted in a massive wildfire Sunday evening. People have died and lost everything when they had minutes to escape. The location of the fires is near some heavily populated areas.
You see it’s easy to sit at home and post away on facebook when you quit your job.

If the whole Republican party is corrupt, why would Palin even want to run as a Republican, maybe she'd rather run as a Democrat. Of course, the way the film portrayed Palin as being some kind of saint, she can start her own party and prevail. She doesn't need anyone else. She's beyond human.

If Palin hadn’t quit and her state had a major disaster people would expect her to leave the campaign trail and tend to her business. But she QUIT! So she has no bigger responsibilities other than being a housewife.

Most of the politicians get their palms greased for doing favors. It's the DC way and it needs to be cleaned up. That you're in denial won't stop the rest of us from clearing out the political, elitist class.
They showed photos of Boehner, Cantor and McConnell while talking about corrupt Republicans.
They sell us out every chance they get. Meanwhile they make friends and money while WE pay the bill. It's called "crony capitalism" and if you had your way it would continue.
