(how do you lead from behind? well, just retreat, then at some point, pirouette...the pirouette president)
once a projected cat 3-4 hurricane comes ashore weakened to a 1, stays on shore weakening more and more, jump into the ‘suggestion center’ (was the command center till you arrived) and start spinning
