God bless them and their loved ones.
It’s probably time to bring all of our soldiers home.
Maybe this will be a turning point when the American finally scream “ENOUGH”! We need to tell our elected idiots we will not stand for any more dead Americans!!!!
Navy Seals! We should of been out of there yrs ago!!! Prayers for all their loved ones and this country!!!
I just emailed the WH, which I have never done because I don’t want them having my email, but I am furious that our soldiers are being wasted by Obama. If he wanted us to win this war, that would be different, but he doesn’t. He wants to destroy our military any way he can.
You get my vote.
Thanks, Hussein Obama.
Worth repeating despite the risk of deletion.
UPDATE- 25 Navy Seals amongst the dead.
RIP
There simply aren’t words for my hatred of the traitorous scum in 1600
RIP.
I wonder what the CHANGE administration thinks about this and what exactly will they do about it?
Is this actually the MASTER PLAN?
To fundamentally transform America?
To continue to deplete her resources and bring her down?
Just askin...
I know there are many here on FR (myself included) who probably know military information that is really neat and would make great conversation here on FR, but we also know the consequences of such actions.
In June 1943, Congressman Andrew May (New Deal Democrat-Kentucky) revealed during a press conference that the Japanese were incorrectly setting the fuses of their depth charges, causing them to explode well above where our submarines were waiting out the attacks. As a result, the Japanese Navy adjusted their fuses and became much more efficient at anti-submarine warfare. Vice Admiral Charles Lockwood, COMSUBPAC, estimated that May's big mouth cost the US Navy ten submarines and eight hundred men.
In 1942, shortly after the victory at Midway, the Chicago Tribune printed an article that stated that the US had prior knowledge to the Japanese plans and order of battle. Fortunately the Japanese did not spot this article, which almost certainly would have resulted in either an immediate changing of their code or the laying of a trap to lure the American carriers to their doom.
I am not a big fan of gratuitous profanity - but if ever was a time and place...here it is.
What IS the God damned mission any way??? What does victory look like?
Anyone?
I held my fire when W was CinC - figuring he knew best. Well, we got a New Boss and same old same old; spilling seemingly endless amounts of AMERICAN blood to say nothing of treasure.
Somebody tell me
WHY?
I see no need for apology. There is room for condolence and prayer. There is also a time for anger. There is a time to expose the ROE and as citizens to demand some accountability and definition of what is going on.
I am the father of a Marine and just this morning met a Marine with two tours in Iraq and on in Afghan. He's carrying wounds of these wars. For what??
I really want to know.
I asked myself the same question. There were certainly a lot of Navy SEALS aboard. Could info provided by someone have allowed a "payback" operation?
