The Chinook is great for transporting a large number of troops but in this case wouldn't it had been safer to have used a few smaller and possibly stealth choppers like the one the Seals used to take out bin laden? A drone could be used ahead of the choppers to not only spot potential enemies but take fire from below as a distraction from the Seals choppers. Just thinking.

Agree about the Chinook. The Stealth hawks are few in number.

The guys in OEF prefer the Chinook because it better ablt to perform in those high altitudes.
