Despite having not yet announced his candidacy, many are seemingly already considering Texas Gov. Rick Perry as the man with the best chance to defeat President Barack Obama in 2012.
Under his stewardship, Perry has created more jobs than any other state in the country in recent years. The Dallas Federal Reserve estimated that all of the jobs created in the country in the two years from April 2009, a low of 37 percent (2009) to high off 48 percent (recently) were created in Texas.
Perry also supplies substance-starved citizens with a deep-rooted belief system. From the surface, his deepest views have not changed much since his early days in a cotton-farming community in Paint Creek in the 1950s.
"We believed in God, we believed in taking care of ourselves and one another, and we believed that America was the greatest nation on earth," he wrote in the preface to "Fed Up," the book he wrote last year.

It’s time for Governor Palin to let us know her plans.
We’re seeing videos supporting Governor Perry from Jobs for Iowa, Jerry Patterson, and from Students for Perry. I’m sure there are others.

Perry can carry the south, Texas and Florida. can anyone else do that?
Just what we need...another RINO from Texas....
I could take a guess, but I figured you’d let us know who you’d be supporting when all is said and done...
But don’t get me wrong, I’m not totally onboard with Perry myself, because I do know what his past and his style of governance is...
Personally, I don’t think anyone who has declared, so far, has a chance...
A couple of those I would think might be good as a VP on someones ticket this time...
But I think you’d agree that the goal is to beat the crap out of Obama next year...Right???
And of course avoiding another Rino is certainly an option...But the overall goal is to accomplish defeating Obama...
Palin can do it and with higher margins.

Perry’s book, “Fed Up”, will be a cool add-on to his campaign roll out and too perfect, since it speaks to the single issue voters care about this cycle. This means book sales will increase poll nummbers even more. His.
One more pro amnesty RINO who will help win the future for the democrats permanently.

IMO she has been showing through her actions over the past two years that her personal agenda resides in the marketplace not the political arena.
If she were to come out and say, "I'm not running." then the dollar value of the Palin Trademark would drop overnight.
Frankly, I think her behavior borders on shameless given all the acolytes waiting...and waiting...and waiting.....
No RINOs.
No PerryCARE.
No RomneyCARE.
No ObamaCARE.
But one must admire the ego of the RINO.
I guess we can forgo the primaries this election cycle. What say you FReepers?
Looks like the MSN has its work cut out for them if they are going to get Mitt Romney “selected”.
Gets old.
And we certainly DON'T need another Bush (compassionate Conservative) wannabe.
RINO boosting is all “clarity” and “smoothsailing” ever do.
I wonder if they work for the gubmint.
I see no reason to forego the election cycle, but I do think that the too many conservatives in the running has the effect of dividing up the support and making Romney appear to be running better than he actually is. And media perception is a huge issue.
I like in order: Palin, Perry, Santorum, Pawlenty, Bachmann, Cain, Gingrich.
Palin and Perry haven’t announced; Santorum, Pawlenty, and Cain seem to be going noplace; Gingrich is unelectable.
At this point, the announced, best acceptable candidate is Bachmann.
I see no good reason to injure any of these conservatives just to advance the cause of a different conservative.
If the “GOP” starts nodding, then it’s time to look for another candidate. The GOP elite lost it’s way with conservative values a long time ago.
