Please see the original article page for the full report as well as links to the actual videos.
In the first video, the reporter mentions that there are several other videos that have been made but he is apparently unable to find them and invites readers who know where they are to send them to him.
FReepers who are able to locate the 'missing' cartoons are of course invited to post them here as well :-)

For a while, this country toyed with the idea that political speech should be protected. You know, if you wanted to stand on a soapbox and criticize or make fun of the government, or the employees or representatives of the government, maybe that should be protected in some way.
Then we said, "The heck with it!" and just decided to arrest anyone who got a little "mouthy". Maybe a good beating will teach them to respect their betters and know their place.

We are an Orwellian police state. Period. I don’t wanna hear one peep from dissenters, that somehow we are not.

The SCOUS has already ruled the satire is protected speech.

Peter Zenger and Freedom of the Press
In the latter part of 1733 John Peter Zenger began publishing a newspaper in New York to voice opposition to the onerous policies of newly appointed colonial governor William Cosby.

The founding fathers only meant freedom of the press to apply to single sheet, hand operated printing presses. It doesn’t apply to any “fully automatic street-sweeper” presses and especially not to the internet.

How embarrassing for that City, to be exposed to public scorn by cartoons on the Internet.
I guess if Muslims feel that a cartoon of Muhammad should be an executable offense, (and it probably is a ‘hate crime’ in Canada), I guess the position of the local police department seem reasonable, for a third world country, where there is no Bill of Rights!

Something tells me that chief prosecutor Shawn Arthur is going to find himself the star of legions of parody videos on the net, in which Arthur is variously shown in roles such as Adolph Hitler, as a munchkin having sex with dogs, crapping on the Constitution, behind bars and being anally raped by 'Bubba', and the like.
It's exceedingly rare for rogue prosecutors who willingly violate the law to be held to account in a court of law. Just look at what Nifong was able to get away with until he was finally held to account. However the court of public opinion has different rules, and the deck is not likely to be quite as stacked in the favor of scofflaw prosecutors as it is in the real world.

Is Renton City full of liberals?
Well, I've found that it's over 65% white and that houses valued at under 100K account for 8.4% of the houses. Over 40% of the houses are valued at 300K and above. 61% of the population is some college or above. Almost 65% are white collar.
