Like they always do when Republicans do not go along with Democrats, the leftist MSM is again trying their best to convince the base that they are caving into the pressure from Obama and moving towards allowing the debt ceiling to be raised. As usual, when I read comments by many conservatives, I read that they are finished with the Republicans because they have caved to the left.
First off, we are talking a bout a media that has yet to tell the truth about anything Republicans say or do. A media that cannot find a viable life form in a woman who is pregnant. A media that time and time again fabricates polls to make the base disheartened and stay home during an election. A media that thinks the founding fathers were all socialist, and the historic document they signs is a living breathing document that they wanted to change with the times. A media that thinks the founding fathers wanted America to be subservient to rogue governments around the world.
As for me, until I see them cave, I will not believe they are. I will do my part to keep them from caving by continuing to send emails calling their offices, but I will not ever believe what the MSM writes when it comes to what the Republicans are saying. Especially when the reporter uses un-named sources. We have too many trusted outlets of news today to ever allow the leftists in the MSM to fool us into believing lies.
Remember, whether it be ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, CNBC, MSNBC, FOX (at times), BBC, BOSTON GLOBE, LA TIMES, NY TIMES, ,SAN FRAN CHRONICLE, SEATTLE TIMES, EVENING STANDARD, GUARDIAN, USA TODAY, WALL STREET JOURNAL, WASH POST, or any other leftists rag, they all have the same agenda. They all want to promote the policies that Obama and his socialist buddies in Congress want. They will always lie to you, they always have lied to you, and they are not going to start telling you the truth no matter how badly you want to believe them.
So, STOP LISTENING TO THEM!

lol, this is a point I too have tried to make as I watch the media flex itself into hyperdrive of trying to make Obamajaad look like a real badass trying to protect the country from disaster and the republicans look disheveled and retreating from the battle. Even as BOEHNER and Cantor stand up every day and say, no deal without equal cuts and no raised taxes because they know the they can’t pass anything in the House if they do. Thank GOD for our newly elected warriors in the House and Senate.
Don’t you remember all the pride and preening and congratulating of themselves this team did when they only cut the budget by $100B this winter? They said not to worry, BTW, that it was only $100B because they’d really negotiate when the debt ceiling came up.
Only, it turned out that they were lying and the $100B in cuts was actually on $300M in cuts?

Frankly, I think third parties are for the lazy and weak. Those too lazy to do the heavy lifting of taking the GOP back, or those too weak willed to try.
It doesn't make a lot of sense to complain about how bad the GOP is, but then not try to do anything about it, so that you in effect create a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Seeing that this means so much to him, and he's so committed to the good of the Country, here's a compromise. Republicans give Obama his revenue increases and debt ceiling hike effective immediately upon his resignation from office.
