Kenneth Gladney reaction: I couldnt beat them; I didnt have the resources they had. They had all the money in the world and the backing. Im just an average man.
Video pending.
The Kenneth Gladney beatdown case continued this morning in St. Louis County Court. After a health care town hall meeting in August 2009 St. Louis native Kenneth Gladney was beaten, kicked and called racist names by Rep. Russ Carnahans SEIU supporters. Gladney spent the night in the hospital after the beating.

I see the Casey Anthony jury can still find legal work.
Well, the film doesn’t show much of a beating, though the big union goon did pull Gladney to the ground pretty violently. You can hear Gladney ask why they hit him in the head, so apparently they hit him, but it isn’t visible in the video. What’s interesting is that one of them admits to attacking him. The tea party guy over on the left says “You two guys attacked him!”, to which the big goon replies, “No we didn’t......he attacked America, so we attacked him.” Interesting how the ends justify the means mentality permeates from top to bottom on the left.
they have to come out their homes sometime
Hello, this was already violent conflict and the DNC brownshirts have been acting this way for the past several presidential cycles. look at the keywords electionviolence and dncbrownshirts. every incident is treated as a local story only even though there is a national trend and were Rat terrorist activities at the 2008 GOP convention in addition to the Code Pinko interrupting McCain’s acceptance speech.
A black man being beaten up by a gang of white thugs, who are acquitted by a local jury?
Sounds like a textbook case to be brought as a federal civil rights case, doesn’t it?
One would think that Eric Holder’s infamous “my people” statements and his department’s more or less acknowledged policy of pursuing civil rights violations only when minorities are the victims WOULD ONLY WORK IN FAVOR OF A FEDERAL CIVIL RIGHTS CASE AGAINST THE SEIU THUGS.
But no. Apparently for Eric Holder, there’s “my people” and there’s MY PEOPLE.
I’m a redneck.
If the law refuses to help, I’d pay these gentlemen a visit on my own, just to talk....
For sure something happened and the union guys should have been held accountable. I think the wheelchair and neck brace were a bit much and although not right, it may have had an impact on the decision in court.
there’s only one way to deal with a thug...whether he calls himself muhuammed al-something, or SEIU something, or whatver.
But you can exact revenge, which will be sweet.
I have a military background and exceptional relevant skills. If I was beaten by a mob and they were found not guilty despite a video, I would react adversely - and permanently solve the problem that the courts chose to ignore.
Go to the white black courtesy phone.
Paging Eric Holder!
Good one.
There is no justice in the land.
I don’t think that you are wrong. 2012 will get very nasty very fast in places. The question is, Are we up to it? It remains to be seen. All turning the other cheek will get is the shit slapped out of that cheek.
Slouching towards tyranny.
Carhahan’s district has been eliminated by redistricting. That’s what he and Clay got into an argument about in Congress.
OJ, Casey Anthony, SEIU goons —— something seems to be terribly wrong with the American criminal justice system.
Casey Anthony and OJ Simpson were also acquitted.
Btt.
It is very obvious that trial by jury no longer works in this country - if it ever did. People in this country have devolved to the point where a jury trial is no longer effective. Also add that to the fact that the side with the most disposable income wins.
If this verdict doesn’t motivate people for 2012 - nothing will. This “verdict of justice” can and should be used to greater advantage.....
>>If this verdict doesnt motivate people for 2012 - nothing will. <<
I think that is a long-distance connection.
The collective idiocy, as shown in the 2008 election, can’t be undone in a few moments of clarity (as we saw last November).
Even had the electorate voted for McCain (I know, the barely lesser of 2 evils), I think these juries would have come in the same way.
This is culture and education more than politics.
