Kenneth Gladney reaction: I couldnt beat them; I didnt have the resources they had. They had all the money in the world and the backing. Im just an average man.
Video pending.
The Kenneth Gladney beatdown case continued this morning in St. Louis County Court. After a health care town hall meeting in August 2009 St. Louis native Kenneth Gladney was beaten, kicked and called racist names by Rep. Russ Carnahans SEIU supporters. Gladney spent the night in the hospital after the beating.

Wasn’t this attack on video?
Not that it matters when half the jury is on the other side already
This is BS. Did they stack the jury?
Its a shame Gladney didn’t have the means to ventilate them
When the left continues to deny justice and act outside the law,
they are making a violent conflict inevitable.
The Anthony Jury was doing double duty?
But hey, the system worked. </ s>
Yet another indictment of the diseased jury system, and this one in my own backyard.
We met and had a long conversation with Kenneth at a TEA Party in Albany, NY.
He’s a very nice fellow and he deserves better than this.
This case thus establishes the precedent:
Physical violence is a valid form of political expression.
Note that this precedent only applies to far left Democrats and Marxists.
2012 will be an extremely violent year. I hope I am wrong, but it looks inevitable.
Can we scream RACISM????
Can’t the Judge overturn the Jury if there is compelling evidence such as video?
Does anyone have the actual Jury findings? Was the video shown in court to the Jury? Where the attackers identifiable in the video (I think they admitted to administering the beating anyway)?
If they did admit to beating the plaintiff, what can the mitigating circumstances possibly be in this case?
Amy legal types here?
Flash mobs on election day.
Perhaps Baraq’s key to victory.
Perhaps he does now and will.
Although I absolutely think “they did it,” here is why I think the jury found reasonable doubt:
Basically, he (seems to me to have) “milked it.” He took some punches, and that’s a crime, BUT he didn’t appear to take such a beating as to need a WHEELCHAIR. (I could be wrong, but that was my sense at the time: Jeeze, dude, what was done to you was wrong 1000 times, but your LEGS weren’t injured??)
JMO, YMMV.
Any one surprised??
Sue them personally. You get more money anyway.
Any one surprised?? Rats will be rats.
