This morning, there was a stunning development in Congress’s investigation of the Justice Department’s “Fast and Furious” gun-running program: it was revealed that on July 4, Kenneth Melson, the acting director of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms and the Obama administration’s intended fall guy in the scandal, broke ranks with his superiors. Without their knowledge, he gave an interview to Darrell Issa’s House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, accompanied only by his personal attorney. While a transcript of that interview is not yet public, it is clear that he blew the whistle on senior officials in the Justice Department.

The only government agency that I am aware of that can legally receive transfers of funds from any other agency is the CIA and that was done by an act of Congress. Other than that, every transfer of funds from one agency to another is on the surface, at least, illegal...unless approved by the president which would be an executive order and would REQUIRE his signature.

It is long overdue that some senior official in 0dumb0's corrupt circle, decided to stand up to the RAT bastard commie pig 0dumb) and the racist commie pig Holder, and blow the whistle on these two bastards, rather than being the obligatory fall guy. I hope & pray that impeachment proceedings will commence shortly and that both of the sh_tholes will be convicted of treason & sedition against the U.S. and thrown in prison for years to come. I guess the gallows would be wishful thinking.
And as far as media involvement-I don't think the 1st amendment extends to protecting involvement of media members in such a thing, if can be shown that there was active collaboration with government officials.
