CNN is reporting that Casey Anthony was served papers in jail Tuesday night for her deposition on a defamation lawsuit filed by Zenaida Gonzalez. Attorney John Morgan from Morgan & Morgan in Orlando is representing Gonzalez in the case.
According to the Morgan & Morgan website, Gonzalez was falsely named as Caylee Anthony's babysitter and that Casey Anthony said that Caylee was with the nanny when she disappeared.
The nanny was never found, but Gonzalez was questioned by authorities. Morgan & Morgan said that Gonzalez has never met Caylee or Casey Anthony. Morgan & Morgan's website says that Gonzalez's "life has been turned upside down" since the accusation.
According to Morgan & Morgan's website, the suit seeks to "clear Ms. Gonzales' name and rectify the damage done to her by the devastating, false accusations of Casey Anthony."
There goes the “book” and “movie” rights money. ROTFL!!! Ain’t karma a biatch!? Now “the meter reader” needs to go after his wad.
I see that Morgan and Morgan is the law firm handling this defamation lawsuit.

This suit will be tossed. It is stupid. Casey did not publicize it the Cops and Media did. She should sue HLN.
Casey Anthony told the law enforcement officials that “Zanny” was “Zenaida Gonzalez, and that her mother's name was “Gloria”. Then the lying Casey even had the police driving her around an apartment complex looking for “Zanny’s” apartment! Guess Casey Anthony pick up the name from somewhere and it turned out there IS a REAL person with that name in the Orlando area. The poor woman was hounded by media after her name was disclosed.
I hope Ms. Gonzalez gets ALL SHE CAN in damages so Casey Anthony will not get rich with appearances and books as a profit from all her lies!

Do some research... Casey saw this woman’s name and used it and later made up the nickname Zanny the Nanny. She lifted a name she saw which means there IS a case.
I hope Casey is sued from now till kingdom come....and harrased the rest of her life.
"I don't know" and "I can't remember" are excellent answers when one is under oath. Three years in jail and the loss of her daughter are events that can be played to her advantage.
First she said it was Zenaida Gonzalez then she changed it to Zenaida Fernandez Gonzalez and that she has a sister named Samantha..Casey should be a politician she is a damn good liar
She has to live with herself, as does casey. This entire family will never recover, no matter how much money they may make.

Nope. She gave the police Zenaida Gonzalez' full name, her mother's name and the address of the FL apartment she applied for but did not move in to.
Casey Anthony deliberately gave the name of a specific woman, who was then detained and questioned by police as a suspect in a kidnapping.
Do you think we should sue the jury? You can sue for anything you want in civil court. I doubt this suit will get anywhere. I think it is time to let this insane case go.
It was a bungled investigation. An overcharged indictment due to political and media pressure by the DA. And the Prosecutors were stuck with it. They simply could not prove it. They tried their best with every asset they could bring to bear. Whose life was made better? Nazi Grace and the rest of the hags and Fags on HLN.
