U.S. Officials Behind 'Fast and Furious' Gun Sales Should Be Tried in Mexico, Lawmaker Says

By William La Jeunesse

While the investigation continues into the U.S. operation that helped send thousands of guns south of the border, Mexican lawmakers say they'll press for extradition and prosecution in Mexico of American officials who authorized and ran the operation.

"I obviously feel violated. I feel my country's sovereignty was violated," Mexico Sen. Rene Arce Islas told Fox News. "They should be tried in the United States and the Mexican government should also demand that they also be tried in Mexico since the incidents took place here. There should be trials in both places."

Arce is chairman of Mexico's Commission for National Security, a congressional panel similar to the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee.

His point of view is shared by many Mexican politicians, including Sen. Santiago Creel, a former Interior Minister and the likely presidential nominee next year of the National Action Party to succeed Felipe Calderone, also of PAN.

Send Holder and his idiot boss.

Why arm a few Mexicans. Do flyovers, and saturate the entire criminal nation with guns and ammo. Make sure everyone has one or two. Might as well send them landmines and grenades. Arm all the illegals over here, and drop them off at Mexico’s southern border.

That actual phrase that Holder should learn is:

¿Puedo ser tu perra prisión?

“For once I agree with Mexico”. I do as well . However , listening to the outcries from the slow wits from Mex makes me laugh. These idiot's who are pointing the bony finger of indignation are most likely on the cartels pad. Next they will demand a refund .

Great! Maybe now that the inconsequential to anyone outside of Florida Casey Anthony trial is over, Fox will get back to reporting the news, so this story can grow some legs.

“The thought of Holder in a Mexican prion does bring a smile to my face.”

They’re going to stuff him into a small, crustacean-eating seabird? Now that’s cruel and unusual punishment, that I agree with!

...publicize the many people killed or injured by so-called Fast and Furious guns.

Since the BATFE report claims they did not find any connection between drug cartels and the straw buyers, it will be interesting to see who the "end-users" actually were!

Wouldn't it be interesting if the "end-users" were those cartels partnering with Hezbollah?

"I feel my country's sovereignty was violated."

You feel your country's sovereignty was violated? Quit your whining. We don't have national sovereignty here in America anymore.

Questions for your Congressman/Senator(s):

- What did “O” know, and when did he know it?

- What did A/G know, and when did he know it?

- What level of our US government is in charge of making policy decisions that have a potential for firestorm affect on international relations/boarder security

o Are low level intermediaries making these kinds of policy decisions in this administration?

o If that’s the case, who is carrying the “nuclear football” for “O”?

- Why are the “whistle-blowers” being punished (fired) under this administration?

- Which government official(s) will be arrested and charged in the deaths/injuries of American citizens at the hands of criminals using these weapons?

- Did the US government inform the southern border states’ governors and A/Gs that they were distributing high-power combat weapons to criminals in their area?

o Were the states given an opportunity to make inputs/recommendations about ‘Fast and Furious’ before the weapons were put on the street?

- Will the government compensate innocent Americans (or their families) who are injured/killed by these weapons?

- Why is the Administration working to restrict gun ownership rights for innocent American citizens via the UN while dumping thousands of weapons into the hands of known criminals in Mexico and the US?

- Was the House/Senate Intelligence committee informed of this program?

- Why hasn’t the House or Senate opened hearings on this yet?

As amusing as this might sound (as it does sound amusing), I’m not sure I’d like the precedent, not with the current state of politics.

What you are failing to realize is that it is by Justice that a nation is established; and how long will the Just God who is the Builder and Destroyer of Nations suffer such affronts to Justice?
