Next month the Broward County Police Benevolent Association is holding a "Party to Leave the Party" -- an event coordinated with the Supervisor of Elections where police officers and the general public can switch their voter registrations from Republican to Democratic or Independent...So here are the details: On Saturday, July 16, from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. behind the PBA headquarters on SW 26th Terrace in Fort Lauderdale, the union will have elections officials standing by to register new voters or switch party registrations for anyone with a valid Florida ID.

Union thugs in the police force, I think, are doing this as part of a Hussein-loving strategy to "pile on" Rick Scott...and in fact, ANY Republican governor.
They SAY they're Republicans...yeah, right.
You can be sure the Hussein-worshipping South Florida media will be there.

Hey! let’s join the party that encourages judges to release violent criminals because mommy didn’t hug them enough. Let’s join the party that supports cop-killers like Mumia, that supports rap-songs about killing police.

Defunding the unions (i.e. not collecting union dues) is defunding the Democrat machine. Go for it, Rick.

It will be interesting to see what the membership does. I’ve found that the union leadership is frequently at odds with a union’s membership, but who knows anymore.

Public employee unions was not a good idea.
One reason for all the turmoil at the capitol in Madistan was that the police sided with the unions and refused to do anything about controlling the mobs.

I didn't know there WERE any Republicans in Broward.
I certainly don't think there are any pubs reading that paper, except us for research.
Heck, the comment sections looks like a bunch of gang bangers in a graffiti fight on the schoolyard wall.

If the public sector workers don’t like getting their pay cut they are free try try to get a job in the private sector where employers actually expect results. The fact that they see this as a far less attractive option than their current job simply reinforces the fact that they are grossly overpaid compared to the standards in the rest of the economy.
The more they object to pay cuts, the more it proves the justification for those pay cuts.

So the elections board is at the beck and call of the blue gang union? Must be nice to get taxpayers to foot the bill for your partisan stunts.

Don't be fooled folks. Obama’s thugs are behind this. They know if they loose Florida they lose the 2012 election.

We ought to arrange for a bunch of Democrats to show up and try to switch to the GOP and see what they do.

So it’s not really the police, it’s the union.
