Police officers crushed a man’s phone and held a gun to his head in an effort to destroy a recording he made of a fatal shootout, he claims.
Narces Benoit saw the officers shoot dead Raymond Herisse, 22, in Miami Beach, Florida, last week after the suspect sped off and drove recklessly . Mr Benoit was nearby with girlfriend Ericka Davis when one of the officers allegedly put a gun to his head, handcuffed him and smashed his phone.

Having the law on the books is one thing, getting one member of the judicial industrial complex, a prosecutor, to apply the law to another member of the judicial industrial complex, criminal police, is another all together. Hmmm. If it took them 2.5 days to “find” the gun in the car, then we can assume that the driver wasn’t wielding said gun when the cops shot him. And it’s obvious that he didn’t try to run over the cops when you watch the video. So why did they shoot him?

The cop who pointed the gun at the guy with the camera should be in prison for a long time.

What I would like to point out however, is about the video being posted on Youtube, and allowed to still be there. It seems they are continuing their anti white racists behavior at YouYube. Allow me to explain.
I had my YouTube account suspended for posting the video of the transvestite that was beat by the black girls a back in April at the McDonalds. (Free Republic post # 2708973) They said I violated their policy of posting violent and questionable things.
I was forced to load the video on an alternate blog I use for posting videos and then transfer the HTML over, but at that I need to renew the HTML once every 30 days to keep it active on my other site. So Youtube may have stopped me from posting it on their site, but they did not completely stop me from getting it posted for my readers to see what Obama's America is like in many parts of the country. Open season on whites.
Yet this video will go viral and the poster will not have it pulled and the poster will not be suspended, because it shows police shooting a black guy.
However, post a video of black girls beating a white person with blacks all standing around watching and they pull the video, suspend you, and threaten to close your account.
The UK Daily Mail publishes a lot of this type of story that we don’t see published by our local media because the formation of the upcoming police state has been granted a media blackout by the Mainly Slime Media in our country.
We really have become the Soviet Freakin Union.
It is a near thing, but not quite that bad just yet. The next election will tell the tale. There are still more Conservatives than leftists in our country, and we have a good chance to turn things around. It’s not going to be easy, but don’t give up the ship.
