The Supreme Court has sustained Arizona's law that penalizes businesses for hiring workers who are in the United States illegally, rejecting arguments that states have no role in immigration matters.

Out and Out LIE, The States Created Congress and The States gave Congress Specific Enumerated powers, This is not one of those Enumerated Powers the States granted Congress So we have no Say in the Matter. The Problem is NOBODY ACTUALLY READS THE CONSTITUTION ANYMORE.

The law in question passed in 2007. It had nothing to do with anything RINO Brewer did. Russell Pearce is the one who deserves the most credit. Kris Kobach, now Secretary of State in Kansas, wrote and defended th law.
Well then, congratulations to Russell Pearce and Kris Kobach as well!

Well, duh, that is precisely the point, Justice Breyer.
Breyer said the Arizona law upsets a balance in federal law between dissuading employers from hiring illegal workers and ensuring that people are not discriminated against because they may speak with an accent or look like they might be immigrants.
Total leftist garbage and Breyer should be ashamed of himself for making such a stupid statement, but I'm sure he isn't. But any citizen of the US, and any legal resident, has documents readily available or obtainable to prove their eligibility to work in the US. (And any few who don't can obtain such documents with reasonable effort.)

What’s most amazing about this story is there is a Judge; who knows how to judge. There is hope that maybe a few more may be out there somewhere.
