A new picture emerged Thursday of what really happened the night the Navy SEALs swooped in on Osama bin Laden's compound in Pakistan. CBS News national security correspondent David Martin reports the 40 minutes it took to kill bin Laden and scoop his archives into garbage bags were all recorded by tiny helmet cameras worn by each of the 25 SEALs. Officials reviewing those videos are still reconstructing a more accurate version of what happened. We now know that the only firefight took place in the guest house, where one of bin Laden's couriers opened fire and was quickly gunned down. No one in the main building got off a shot or was even armed, although there were weapons nearby.

BTW I predicted that there would be recorded videos of the raid several days ago.
Perfectly clear. They lied. Again.
They will be leaked one of these days.
Seals with cameras... Do they have Fricken lasers too?
This whole thing should have been played top secret. Nobody should have even known the raid took place.
Sell it on PPV and then DVDs.
Help pay off the deficit.
Correction:
David Martin reports the 40 minutes it took to kill bin Laden and scoop his archives remains into garbage bags...
I like that better.
I want the video of the “burial” Did they fly the Islamic Flag? Did they lower the Ensign to half mast? Show us the video!
This had to be the most rehearsed mission in history!
But but but Barry Bassturd needed a diversion from his fraudulent document release! What else could have consumed the news cycles so effectively when the fraud was so obvious with the documents? Valeria probably protected sissy barry from the bloody parts anyway, by not calling him in from the golf links until the bloody part was done. ... But judging by the expression on cankle’s face, she sat through the whole show.
I think we all knew because we all know how SEALS work AND we pretty much electronically aware.
>> So there was video, before there wasn’t, but now there is.
A period of time was described as a “blackout” which could mean anything.
You can’t see the burial-at-sea video because Omoslem is sobbing.
I don’t know why Obama didn’t order the SEALs to the White House for a photo op like the LA Lakers.
Interesting comments on the article page. Obummer’s not making out so well, credit-wise. Nor should he.
Holder will use the videos at the SEALs trial for murdering Bin Laden.
I want to see the ritual chumming of the water before the burial.
“There were probably about maybe four, five or six photos,” said Rep. C.A. Dutch Ruppersberger, D-Md. “There are just a couple body shots. He was like, in a white undershirt and a tan robe.”
I didn’t know night vision is now in full color
Aw shucks, does that mean neither of the Sambo's got water boarded after all?
Bin Laden is dead, and we’re getting the 72 versions.
You suppose we’ll ever see Binny right before he gets shot? Or would that be too much for our delicate sensibilities?
I don’t get your point. Of course the SEALS each recorded their own cams on their persons. The question was which video feeds got feedback via satellite (helmet cams, drones, satellites, etc.) to Langley and the White House in real time, and which suffered temporary interruption.
