UPDATE: Brown was busted for assault last year at same McDonald’s

Meet Teonna Monae Brown.

The 18-year-old is facing assault charges for allegedly beating a woman in a Maryland McDonald’s (video of the brutal attack went viral late last week).

Brown, who lives several blocks away from the Baltimore-area eatery, was arrested Friday on three assault counts in connection with the April 18 assault of Chrissy Lee Polis, 22. A second alleged assailant, who is 14, has been charged as a juvenile.

Brown is pictured above in a mug shot released this morning by the Baltimore County Police Department.

A District Court filing reveals that Brown’s own sister approached cops to report that her sibling “had just told her that she assaulted a woman at the McDonald’s located at 6315 Kenwood Avenue.” Deshawn Brown added that her sister told her that the juvenile suspect “was with her and assaulted the woman too.”

In a police interview, the 14-year-old suspect admitted that she had been at the fast food restaurant with her friend Brown, and that they “both got into a fight with a woman over using the bathroom.”

A rally condemning the attack is set for 7 p.m. Monday outside the restaurant in Rosedale, Md.

Never mind that fact, that Shepard wasn’t killed at all because of his sexuality, but it was simply a botched robbery.

I hadn’t watched the video until now, and I was really shocked. First a black man pulled them off the sex change “woman,” and they came back; he chased them off again, and they entered through another door and began dragging this “her” off, kicking and punching “her” head and face and stomack. A heavy-set white or Hispanic woman finally got between them and they hit her too but then left because the McDonalds’ employees - who by that time had stopped laughing and wisecracking at the beating - were hooting and hollering that the cops were coming and they should get out before the cops got there.

The McDonalds’ employees should go to jail, too, as accessories after the fact.

That's just silly.

It was clearly a first degree assault.

The victim was treated for cuts and bruises and released from the hospital the same night he was admitted. Under no possible interpretation of the statute was this even close to "attempted murder."

An adult man trespassed into a women's restroom, pretty predictably starting a fight.

I'm sorry, but a grown man who barges into a women's restroom and refuses to leave is asking for a beating.

If this had been a guy wearing jeans and a flannel shirt insisting on entering a women's restroom, and if he had gotten whupped by two teenage girls, those girls would now be folk heros.

Hate to say it, but the tranny is legally a female and MUST use the women’s restroom...even if he/she hasn’t been through the operation yet. As long as he/she is on a list waiting for the operation and under the care of a shrink, he/she is legally a “she”.
