Just to keep it accurate...........not that what she did was justified, far from it, but let's call a tranny a tranny, ok? If you have one X and one Y chromosome, regardless of what you have done to change what you look like on the outside, you're still a man.

Hate to say it, but the tranny is legally a female and MUST use the women’s restroom...even if he/she hasn’t been through the operation yet. As long as he/she is on a list waiting for the operation and under the care of a shrink, he/she is legally a “she”.

Not necessarily. There are cases of something called Androgen Insensitivity Syndrome, wherein the man’s cells don’t have enough receptors from testosterone. The severity can range from mild, where you’re still essentially a man, to complete, where you’re basically a woman with two undescended testes.
