The transgender victim of a brutal beat-down at a Maryland McDonald's broke her silence to call the attack a "hate crime," and says it's not the first time she's been assaulted.
Chrissy Lee Polis told the Baltimore Sun on Saturday the incident, which was captured on video and posted online, has left her "afraid to go outside."
"I want to cry, but I need to hold my head up," she said, adding that she's been beaten and sexually assaulted in the past because of her sexual identity.

The biggest reason is that blacks don't produce as many votes for the Democrats as they used in relation to percentage of the country, plus they don't give nearly as much money to the Democrats as the Homosexual lobby. In the past 3 Presidential elections, blacks came out in 90% force and voted 95% Democrat. Yet, both Algore and John Kerry lost and Barack Hussein Obama won only becausae he got 20% of the Conservative vote.
To Democrats nationwide, blacks are becoming increasinly irrelevant (Hispanics provide more votes for the Dems), and blacks don't give much money to the Party, and so you're going to see a widespread backlash against African-Americans not seen since the 50 years following REconstruction (especially if black Republicans like Herman Cain and Allan West gain any real traction in the African-American community).

In actuality, most media will ignore this story, just like they ignore any bad press for their little idiot idol Hussein.
All unprovoked brutality is a hate crime, brutality is brutality. Get the video find the crooks and send them to jail. Discrimination in the prosecution of heinous crimes is how the US got into the ‘minority crisis’ we are in now. ‘Hate’ Crime legislation just leads to more discrimination, this is a law enforcement issue, not a legislative one. Also if I were Chrissy I would quit being a victim and the next thug that attacked me would have a bullet in his head.

This was a brutal assault on an individual human being. She has a right to be who she is without fear of being assaulted in the streets, or vilified by the folks who should be representing individual liberty.
I am shocked and saddened by this episode where a vulnerable individual is brutalized in public and nobody has the courage to stand up on his side and call ENOUGH!!
Perhaps they had reason to disagree with this person. But there’s no excuse for a public beat down, and we would be shamed to be on the wrong side of this issue. Not a “hate crime” but definitely a serious first degree capital C Crime! Boldly committed and publicized. As if there would be no consequence.
An example should certainly be made in this case.

That’s a man. When this was first reported, it was described as a man cross dressing as a woman. Now it’s a “she” “transgender.” B.S. It’s a man getting beat down for going into the women’s room.
And a good sound opinion at that. No one deserves that kind of treatment. The beating was horrific to watch, just glad she survived it. I kept Chrissy in prayer all that day.
