So if you are a transgender and you stir up some crap and get stomped than you can claim hate crime against yourself? These people need to be branded or marked somehow so I know who they are so when they start some trouble I can run away before I get nailed for a hate crime.

Well, according to interviews now out with the victim and the old lady who was also struck by the two assailants...the boyfriend of one of the two black females tried to start flirting with the transsexual but got put off because the transsexual was in a hurry to go pee.

People like these two black women and - by his post - Harley think that is disrespectful enough to be beaten and hospitalized.

If true, it isn't too smart to take a stand for transgendered "rights" in restroom with gangsta girls.

Given how militant certain GLBT are, it wouldn't surprise me if that is how things went down.
