2011 Boston TEA Party Rally Disrupted by Union Thugs (illegally?) enabled by Boston Police (Parts 1,2,3)
Just as the 2011 Boston TEA Party rally was beginning, a group of Public Sector Union thugs marched in, planted themselves directly in front of the podium and blocked the speakers. They chanted offensive slogans on the 3 megaphones they had brought and continued to do so for the entire 2 hours! The Boston Police, also Public Sector Union members, came in and stood in front of them. The police did not ask the disruptors to leave, even after Michael Graham on the bandstand directly asked them to leave. We had a permit to have the rally at that location and the police enabled these people to disrupt our rally for the entire time. Do you think the Boston Police would allow us to stand in force directly in front of a Union rally speaker and shout offensive slogans and engage in name calling for the ENTIRE RALLY? They did NOT have the permit to assemble at that location on the common, we did. What do you think?
The media is reporting this as if nothing happened. The Police swept the bandstand with a K-9 unit before we began. Looks like the unions (police AND protesters) were trying to start and/or find some trouble for us. They didn't get it. We were successful in avoiding any bad press, they were unsuccessful. Had they been, the media and the Boston Police would have been all over us like flies on you know what. The press, as usual, did NOT report the facts honestly. Treating us like crap as usual.

I’m not sure, honestly. I’m not a regular listener like I was, say, 10 years ago. FR typically gets the stuff he’s talking about days before.
I doubt he is keen on a lot of things we see police doing, such as the wrong-address no-knock raids and shooting dogs and such.

Are there some people younger who can still fight?
Something must be done!

They have nothing. No morals, no adherence to laws, no plans for a bright future, no intelligence, no arguments for their non-cause, and no ability to present those arguments to persuade anyone with two brain cells to rub together.
Therefore, they must bully and silence those who oppose them, for there is no other way for them to “win.”
But they have lost this one. Decent people everywhere see them for what they are: vacant-eyed, brainwashed, thuggish, useful idiots without a clue.
Read the sequel, too... "Sunrise at Coffin Rock".
You are correct ... the people we see and understand this, as long as we get the video evidence out there, because the media will NOT (even FOX) ... unless it becomes unavoidable. I hope the videos go viral, although my family is a little freaked about possible threats, etc... we CAN’T be afraid of them anymore, no matter what they do!
So why didn’t y’all beat the crap out of them?
meyer... I understand your sentiment there, but beat them? Are you crazy? Watch all 3 videos, you can see they and the police were just daring us to “start something”. It would be used against us in the worst possible way. This exposure so much more valuable, I can’t even imagine the disaster a fight, which they wanted, would’ve been. Maybe a lawyer for the organizers should look into something, and the Governer should be put on the spot about this outrage instead.

changed.
I didn't get to watch the video last night, but my general response has been that we need to toughen up our stance and NOT be intimidated by a bunch of useless, lazy union thugs. I think that if they would have tried that here in the south, there would have been a more violent reaction and the thugs would have come out on the losing end by a long shot.
I understand what you're saying, but at some point, we have to quit worrying about what the media will say and start defending ourselves. The media hates us anyway, and will say what they will say regardless.
Note to self: no reason to visit Boston and leave any of my hard-earned $$ there.
If I were CiC, I would order the USS Constitution to make way for more respectful waters.
To think that so many American Patriots that worked to birth this nation, came out of what has become a cesspool today, is sickening.
They don’t deserve Old Ironsides.
Thank you Cindy... I know html, but this is my first article and I didn’t realize I needed them. Some sites “interpret” them for you, others not. Next time I will definitely get it right! -ja -iii-|
I’m from Boston but missed this years rally. Wish I could have been there.
Your videos are maddening. Not the first of their kind involving the police at tea party rallies. I urge you - very strongly urge you - to send copies of these videos to the head of the Boston Police department. I’d also send them to Howie Carr and any other conservative journalist / radio host in Boston. I would mention to the head of the BPD that you are sending copies to Carr and the others.
I do not expect we have any allies within the BPD but they sure as hell do not want publicity of such poor behavior getting out. Who knows, maybe a higher up on the force ( no matter what their politics ) may just realize such behavior can not be tolerated by any member of the police.
Good luck.
Massachusetts does permit concealed carry.
It is a hard thing to get but it has been lawful for a long time.
I have my grandfathers LTC, hand written in the 40’s by the police chief.
It basically says “Clarence can carry any gun, long or short, anywhere in town, in any manner”.
My brother has a LTC concealed in Massachusetts. Mine expired a decade back.
