2011 Boston TEA Party Rally Disrupted by Union Thugs (illegally?) enabled by Boston Police (Parts 1,2,3)

Just as the 2011 Boston TEA Party rally was beginning, a group of Public Sector Union thugs marched in, planted themselves directly in front of the podium and blocked the speakers. They chanted offensive slogans on the 3 megaphones they had brought and continued to do so for the entire 2 hours! The Boston Police, also Public Sector Union members, came in and stood in front of them. The police did not ask the disruptors to leave, even after Michael Graham on the bandstand directly asked them to leave. We had a permit to have the rally at that location and the police enabled these people to disrupt our rally for the entire time. Do you think the Boston Police would allow us to stand in force directly in front of a Union rally speaker and shout offensive slogans and engage in name calling for the ENTIRE RALLY? They did NOT have the permit to assemble at that location on the common, we did. What do you think?

The media is reporting this as if nothing happened. The Police swept the bandstand with a K-9 unit before we began. Looks like the unions (police AND protesters) were trying to start and/or find some trouble for us. They didn't get it. We were successful in avoiding any bad press, they were unsuccessful. Had they been, the media and the Boston Police would have been all over us like flies on you know what. The press, as usual, did NOT report the facts honestly. Treating us like crap as usual.

In Massachusetts, there is less law enforced, than in America generally.

Here the AG of Massachusetts enjoys her minion's 'work'
A pay raise and parties followed the assault and battery.

The Police, by their inaction, have shown their allegiance to the union thugs; not to the citizens. They are now nothing more than the SS troops for SEIU.

CW2 Ping

If police unions side with other government unions against the taxpayers, we'll have a dynamic leading to CW2.

Welcome to the Obama sanctioned campaign 2012!!!! These type of intimidation tactics will be tried at every event coast to coast...by next summer the usuper willdelight in seeing our cities ablaze! It is his aim and purpose as a disruptive agitator!!!! The unions and union controlled “free” press will back him to the end at the detriment of the American people!

Same thing in Madison yesterday, I was there. They were unable to be in front of the podium so they placed themselves inside of the crowd and on the periphery of it. All kinds of noise devices and offensive signs. Madison Police was on the outskirts of the Capitol Square doing nothing.

Expect much more of this. The unions, and the ‘rats generally, feel that their error in 2010 was tactical — that they didn’t come out fast enough and hard enough to “get in their faces”.

Didn’t I recently read an article on here about cops removing Christians praying near a muslim rally in New York?

When I was a union carpenter I participated in an unusually nasty “operation” in Boston.

We basically broke any Romney sign and punched out anyone who had a problem with this. Couple of Boston Globe guys, and anyone else with a camera got the romperstomper treatment and had their equipment... dealt with. The police were out manned, but with "us". None saw anything of consequence, unless they were working in emergency rooms.

At the Harshbarger rally in Lowell years later the State Police identified us by Union stickers. They put us in a temporary fence structure. Some of the Globe peoples wrote articles about getting slapped around when Romney challenged Kerry.

Not one of the proudest periods of my life. but funny as all get out to see a communist get whipped with his camera by a brother".

Agreed. I’d even go one step further. I’d take it to THEIR rallies and meetings. Take back the streets and the universities from these twits.

Here in Iowa, we have the right to carry. The cops have suddenly become noticeably more respectful. Kind of amazing what an armed populace can do.

Looks like the unions (police AND protesters) were trying to start and/or find some trouble for us. They didn't get it.

And that's why they'll keep doing this over and over, and you'll keep backing down again and again to permit them to violate your rights.

When dealing with disfunctional people, always have a plan B and never rely on others to fix the problem. Plan B needs to be mostly legal btw. In this case, moving the podium so that the disruptors are in the back or at least in the middle of the crowd, having one person who doesn’t have a criminal record handy to gently remove the horns from them or pour liquids down them. Have a nice old lady sit on their laps (I would volunteer) etc.

geeez. This is so wrong.

The danger of unions being so involved in politics is that they could easily become uhbama's brown shirts. There seems to be no restraint when union members act like thugs.

Wonder if this is the plan.

The forced union dues that are then used to promote democrats ( just note the fact that union paychecks are now tied to minimum wages-if the minimum wage goes up, the union members get a pay increase automatically even tho they may be making twenty seven dollars an hour, etc. That means costs are passed on to consumers, etc., in a never ending cycle and entry level job costs smaller businesses ever more-leading to closure and economic stress.)
