President Barack Obama’s approval rating and prospects for reelection have plunged to all-time lows in a Quinnipiac University poll released Wednesday.
Half of the registered voters surveyed for the poll think that the president does not deserve a second term in office, while 41 percent say he does. In another Quinnipiac poll released just four weeks ago, 45 percent said the president did not deserve reelection, while 47 percent said he did.
The decline in support for a second Obama term comes as his approval rating has dropped 4 percentage points since early March, landing at 42 percent – a record low – in the poll released Wednesday. His disapproval rating has risen from 46 percent to 48 percent.

Right now there are no opposing presidential candidates attacking him on TV day and night like there was in early 2007 with President Bush.
Once we get some declared candidates and the debates start his numbers should go down even more, especially if the economy somewhat stays the same with 9% unemployment and high gas and food prices. The media will be forced to cover it and the voters will start to pay attention. HOPEfully.

To be frank I’m thinking more of the racial aspect. But the combination keeps that figure really high, higher than it would be with either by itself.

I don’t think this is a rope a dope. There is no way he has awesome approval with all the crap that’s going on. High unemployment, rising cost of living, war in Libya, I think his chickens are coming home to roost.

It is lamentable that so many Americans have fallen for the Marxist propaganda. That said, even if Onada loses by 1% the Usurper loses.
IMHO he will lose by a far wider margin than that. His policies continue to tank the economy. It affects all of us in the pocket book. And it is obvious The Marxist Onada is compromising America’s security. I also think his presidential eligibility will ultimately become a high profile issue.
I see nothing on the horizon that could change his negatives to positives.

Worse, folks who put him in his political grave today underestimate him and the RAT machine of corruption. This guy has more teflon in winning elections than John Gotti in getting successfully prosecuted. True, Gotti fell eventually, but look how long it took. We don't have that luxury in yielding the Executive Branch.

About 10 -12% of the electorate is black, and even if we’re reduced to eating twigs and berries, 80% minimum will stick with him. Another 20% minimum is head-up-their-butts hardcore lefties - with only a GOP alternative, they’ll stay with him unless he declares kinetic military activity on another half-dozen countries. And another 10 20% are clueless (I’ve seen them vote in Chicago for decades) - they’ll vote for whoever the MSM promotes (take a wild guess) and whoever spends the most on commercials (see George Soros and the SEIU for the answer to that one).
He is more than a warmonger. He is officially a "war criminal". He should be deported to the Hague for trial. At least, that is what they normally say in the MSM.
