DAYTON -- The Dayton Police Department is lowering its testing standards for recruits.
It's a move required by the U.S. Department of Justice after it says not enough African-Americans passed the exam.
Dayton is in desperate need of officers to replace dozens of retirees. The hiring process was postponed for months because the D.O.J. rejected the original scores provided by the Dayton Civil Service Board, which administers the test.
Under the previous requirements, candidates had to get a 66% on part one of the exam and a 72% on part two.
The D.O.J. approved new scoring policy only requires potential police officers to get a 58% and a 63%. That's the equivalent of an F and a D....
The D.O.J. has forced other police departments across the country to lower testing standards, citing once again that not enough black candidates were passing.
The Dayton Firefighter recruit exam is coming up this summer. The chief said its likely the passing score for that test will be lowered as well.Civil Service Board Announces Police Recruit Scores

It would be racist to automatically assume that a particular person standing in front of you is unintelligent just because of his race.
It is not racist to be aware of well-documented statistical differences in IQ, SAT test scores, etc between groups.
You heard wrong.
POLICE FAIL
Here’s the full video:

That was at the 2009 “town hall” gathering to discuss Obamacare held by democRAT communist rep. Jim Moran of Virginia’s 8th district, and featuring Howard Dean speaking. Thousands of people showed up.
It was utter bedlam, and Dean was shouted down, prevented from speaking at all until anti-abortionist Randall Terry’s wonderfully cacaphonous group was removed by police.
I was hoarse for days afterward, and actually had to warn off a lib who was trying to get physical with me, grabbing my wrist as I approached Moran after the event was over, yelling at him as he turned away to escape my wrath.
In the rest of the video, the conservative guy delivers a long, informative lecture to some liberal black women Obama supporters about Margaret Sanger’s eugenics and how Obama and Planned Parenthood are their enemy, not their friend, etc.
The DOJ is just saying that blacks are dumb.
Sad,but true.
“Now the cops wont be able to read people their rights.”
Best laugh I’ve had all day.
It is so frustrates me when I see people expressing surprise at this, how oblivious most people that this exact thing has been going on in every city and every state in America for decades.
Even after Ricci v. DeStefano(the New Haven firefighters’ case) and countless other previous decisions, affirmative action and the “disparate impact” doctrine is still put into effect almost everywhere. When courts declare some affirmative action regime illegal somewhere, it continues unabated, because no one stops it.
Thanks for the video. I had only seen up to the point where kindly old Officer Meeks said “It ain’t no more.” I wonder how many times the ladies have passed a planned parenthood clinic in their neighborhood and not given a thought as to exactly what was happening in there. And I wonder what their response would be to what Kermit Gosnell did in Philadelphia.
Here is a good start. It still makes my blood boil.
"Patrick Chavis v. Allan Bakke Background Info: In 1973 Patrick Chavis, a minority medical school applicant to the University of California at Davis Medical School was admitted as an "affirmative-action student". A white applicant, Allan Bakke, with far superior educational achievement, was rejected for the sake of "diversity". As it turns out 29 years later (in 2002), Dr. Patrick Chavis, who was recently murdered, also turned out to be a profiteering liposuction hack that caused immense pain and suffering -- and even death -- to his minority patients. One must ask how the dubious principal of "diversity" was served by admitting Chavis in 1973 to UC Davis Medical School."
Well, one way they might look at it seeing as they are libs is that—oh well—abortion is just another form of birth control, the whole eugenics thing aside(that’s another series of paragraphs from me).
Yes, it is well-documented that the affirmative-action grad, Chavis, was a butcher with many patients who wound up permanently disfigured and even dead. But diversity, as Gen. Casey pointed out so ardently in the aftermath of the Ft. Hood massacre, is more important than safety/lives of the public and of our troops.
The problem was when my case officer saw me after I had passed the written, physical, oral, psychological and polygraph exams. He said, paraphrasing’ “Our city is a multicultural, ethnically diverse place and we like our officers to reflect that.”
Translation: “Whitey what are you thinking. There ain't no room for you here, move on.”
If I hated blacks, I wouldn't join the KKK or the Aryan Brotherhood. I would join the Democrats. That way, I could make sure that black kids would not be educated. Blacks would be born out of wedlock in great numbers and they would always remain dependent upon the government. Still, I would try to prevent the births of blacks by means of abortion. Blacks would engage in drug activities and kill each other in great numbers. Why join a hate group to punish blacks when you can do it legally by being a liberal Democrat?
I’ve seen the light. I will be at peace when the sign over the entrance reads “Diversity Macht Frei.”
o/~ Dumb cops, dumb cops. Whatcha gonna do? Whatcha gonna do with a low IQ? o/~
BTW, The Comedian got Teh Banhammer. Any odea why?
The problem is that this crap has been going on since long before anyone ever heard of Holder.
Dayton and Governor Kasich should tell Obama to get lost.
Same thing for Walker when Holder tells WI that union contracts have to be honored and that Right to Work is against Federal law.
I forgot to mention cut off all her hair and leave only an attidunal lice proof scrabble
