CLEVELAND, Texas – Four more Cleveland ISD students were arrested Friday in connection with the alleged gang rape of an 11-year-old middle school student, district officials said.
The four new suspects bring the total number of arrests in the case to 15.
A district spokesperson said the students will face charges of aggravated sexual assault of a child, a first-degree felony.
Their names have not been released, because Cleveland police said the suspects are minors.
Investigators say the incident occurred over the Thanksgiving holiday in an abandoned mobile home in Cleveland.
The girl reported the alleged assault to her principal’s office in early December. She told school officials she was raped by as many as 20 men and boys.
Texas Rangers and Cleveland police searched a mobile home near the corner of Ross and 2nd Street after the report was made, and officers also processed a second, unnamed scene for evidence.
Investigators confiscated some cell phones, but they would not confirm or deny if there were video recordings made of the assault that were shown around the community.
The suspects previously arrested in the case are: Jared Glenn McPherson, 18; Kelvin Rashad King, 21; Marcus Anthony Porchia, 26; Devo Shaun Green, 20; Xavier King, 17; Eric Bernard McGowan, 19; Jared Len Cruse, 18; Isaiah Rashad Ross, 21; Timothy Daray Ellis, 19; Rayford Tyrone Ellis, Jr., 19, and Jamarcus Norris Napper.

I don't know the law in Texas, but in florida raping a child and doing damage to her internals (highly likely here) is a capital offense.
Thanks for that.....it is somewhat of a relief (I think) to know she wasn’t just plucked from the streets.
I used to be one of those “We are the world, Kumbaya types” ... UNTIL I HAD CHILDREN!
Then I started realizing, what parts of town do I feel safest in? Where would I feel safer at going on vacation with the wife and kids? Etc and I connected the dots.
Where does it say she consented? I don’t find that anywhere.

On that same note, I know a lot of guys here talk tough about concealed carry and what they’d do. But that’s not reality. And if I remember correctly, I believe leftists stating in the New York Times how they were planning on “block busting” white neighborhoods. Those were their words specifically. All part of the “transformation” of America, you know. So now you won’t be able to live away from these guys, no, they’ll be next door.
In fact, that sort of thing is already becoming common place. The town where I live used to be somewhat upscale, slightly upper middle class, now lots of section 8 and Katrina evacuee types roam. They have homes in what were once suburban paradises.

No 11 year old could give knowing consent to such violence. What appeared to you (on tapes?) to be enjoyment was most likely a rictus of agony due to searing pain caused by brutal acts which inflicted damage to internal organs.
