Sacramentos ABC News 10 reported on the union rally and Tea Party counter rally in Sacramento today. ABCs online report makes cursory mention of an incident of union violence directed at a Tea Party activist: Police cited one man for battery after he allegedly shoved a tea party supporter.
Yes, it took ten long years but we won the suit.
Good to hear. I remember when you were looking for an attorney to replace the one you had.

Where are they $39.95?
Strong copy, on all points.
I thought you did. Didn’t a couple of the goons get prison time?
Five were convicted of assault and other charges for BOTH of us and ALL were placed on Probation. Two were arrested and charged two months after the incident. It took another year to have three more arrested and charged.
My God, what have we become as Americans? I wish I could be at that rally and the communist had better thank their luck stars I am not!
Not surprising with some of the Union goons in this state.
Here are some pics that I took at the Capital Event:

LOL - Hitler, leader of the NATIONAL SOCIALIST PARTY (NAZI Party), didn’t hate unions - he led the largest union in the world.
Leftist are formenting revolution world-wide and the Socialist Brownshirts are weighing in here in the US.
It isn’t going to get better folks.
Teri, thans for the link. I had forgotten the outcome, but when I saw the thread you linked I remember being elated at the outcome.
It was painful re-reading how corrupt Judge
Yohn and DA Lynne Abrahams were.
You fought one of the initial skirmish.
The battle is now nationwide.
That photo is a keeper for sure...:)
>>Yes I can see how it can be a little confusing when I start my thought by saying Well i way... Translated, Well I say... but thanks for having the patience to get my point... oh and brough, is street-phonic for bro...<<
Just like the captain arguing with the bomb in “Dark Star” we must always ask ourselves “what does it matter so long as the concept is valid?”
I think your idea is great! I just wish I could figure out how to implement it!
I went to a Tea Party Rally in Boston a while back where Sarah Palin spoke. I had a liberal jackass trying to pick a fight with me, getting in my face while all his liberal comrades were taping the confrontation.
The guy was standing with his face in mine, about a foot in front of me.
I ended up just telling him I didn’t want to speak to him, and he kept taunting me and egging me on, calling me a pussy and so forth.
You have no idea how hard it was to stand there and take that. But I was carrying at the time, and if anything had gone down, you know exactly how that would have worked out. I would have been in jail, not him.
There may be a time in the future when we have to come to blows with these people. Physical blows. But right now, they are the ones instigating it.
I wouldn’t be so harsh. It is different when it is you, and you know your every movement is being scrutinized by cameras from all angles.
Liberals generally don’t have to worry about this video showing up on the evening news. We do, and that is just a fact of life.
My experiences in Washington with the DC chapter of Free Republic (God bless them all) indicates the cops usually are on our side.
They cannot overtly act that way, but they know we respect the law, follow the rules, and are not there to make their lives more difficult.
I have seen subtle and not so subtle indications again and again, but I would have to say, at least with the anarchists, Code Pinkos and antiwar people, they are on our side.
Now, I don’t know what the case would be like if it was a union related thing, could be different.
“I ended up just telling him I didnt want to speak to him, and he kept taunting me and egging me on, calling me a pussy and so forth.”
Yes as long as they do not physically attack I think you have to try to be peaceful but once they hit you or knock you down all bets are off. Let the cameras roll. Everyone has a right to defend themselves.
CNN MSNBC Obama *crickets*
