That stupid cough could last forever.

The gas issue is going to be a problem, especially with obummer h*ll bent on cutting the US off completely. He and the EPA (I wish they would be eliminated) want all of Alaska locked up. We have a tremendous supply of natural resources, but the feds won’t let us use any of them. Part of statehood was we get 90% of those resources. Washington DC has, of course, reneged on what was signed and keeps taking more and more.

How you doing for snow? Jake and Gretchen liking the snow? Does Minette every venture out?

Just peeped back in here before bed.
Still have snow banks about 2 1/2 feet high, and it is very cold.
Gretchen loves to play in the snow, Jake likes to snooze in from of the woodstove.
Minette thinks she’s being funny by running out the door sometimes, that lasts right up until her paws come in contact with the ice and or snow,and then she makes a beeline back into the the house.
I’m making a beeline to me bedchamber!

P.S. My work has allowed me to go in later so that I may attend my fellow PGR friends funeral.

Thank you, Ma, for preparing the Canteen for today’s activities.

It took me a moment to realize we are at Wed. already.
Having Monday off was nice but it left my mind to catch up.

Now for our local DC Metroland weather report

~ Today...Sunny. Highs in the mid 40s. North winds around 5 mph this morning...Becoming light and variable.

~ Tonight...Mostly clear in the evening...Then becoming partly cloudy. Lows around 30. South winds around 5 mph.

Indiana Dems also flee state to block union bill

Democratic lawmakers in Indiana have left the House chamber -- and apparently are leaving the state like their colleagues in Wisconsin -- rather than vote on anti-union legislation.
