Haven’t read through all the responses, but if this person is not a doctor, she is committing a crime by representing herself as one. If she is a doctor, she is putting her license to practice medicine at serious risk by these actions. Deliberately falsifying medical records is medical fraud. Since these claims of illness were being signed off on for the purpose of paying sick leave benefits, there is a tangible monetary value involved and the photos and videos of the signings prove that no actual medical evaluation took place.

You would think it would be against the law for a doctor to write out a note without a full file on the patient. What if one of these folks really does get sick this weekend - could they sue this doctor for not checking them more fully?

My impression was an anyeurism.

No sweat. Much appreciate your prayers and caring.

If I get more details, I’ll pass them along.

imho, Given all the givens, and his macular degeneration—that region was the preferred region, if one had to experience such at all. PRAISE GOD FOR THAT.

As you know, any lower and he’d have had great problems with motor functioning. The parietal lobe could have been problematic, too. I don’t think he’d have handled one there very well at all. Body positioning, sensory stuff gone would have been pretty horrible to him and made him even worse a patient.

Being a Navy corpsman, he’s a horrid patient. Questions everything. Demanding and resistent. The hospital hates to see him coming at all. Tried to send him home for the weekend even though they expected another stroke. Sheesh.

THANKS TONS FOR YOUR KIND REPLY, CARING AND PRAYERS.

That’s fraud, plain and simple fraud. Someone in Wisconsin identify that doctor and file a complaint with the state medical board.

Haha - I just wrote basically that same thing before reading your post. Perhaps some of the supporters of the Governor should get in line and tell this doctor about their symptoms?

And none of these fat cat Union members are lawsuit proof. They all have money in the form of houses, cars, pension funds, that can be used to pay for the damages they cause someone. And houses are burning, crimes not being responded to, and senior citizens suffering due to the illegal actions by the Unions, and their individual members. Would a class action lawsuit for damages caused by illegal strikes and fraudulent evasions work?

It may have been a thrombus instead of an aneurysm. They were talking about clotting etc. but I dont’ recall the specifics.

There ya go - perfect comment. I think we have all been attempting to explain why this would be wrong but you nailed it. I forgot they were qualifying for sick pay so this doctor just falsified records.

It would be another step if the insurance paid a claim to this doctor and she got nailed for insurance fraud.

Dear Gov. Walker,

Please excuse teacher XX from being absent in class. Examination reveals another relapse of liberalisms mental disorder outbursts. Nothing a salary and/or benefit increase will not cure. Paid leave of absences are prescribed PRN -for the childrens benefit too.

Whoever that is should have their doctor’s license revoked for malpractice.

“Someone in Wisconsin identify that doctor “

When I got notes from my Doctor for work absences, he always wrote them on his prescription pad. That looks like that might be the case here also. Should be easy to identify.

In the picture I see 3 “white coats” — but what does the one facing the amera have around her eyes? Is that something worn in cold country or deliberate blocking out in photo?

I pulled the photo down and checked for EXIF information. There was none. This seems odd. Usually, a photo will have EXIF info giving the date and time of photograph, camera model and settings, and other information.

Photobucket may strip this info out, but before going viral with it, it should probably be checked for authenticity.

This means whoever took the photo should have the original. That original should have EXIF information.
