I'm not a lawyer, but I am pretty sure the answer is yes.
Whether it is likely is another story. I do think there will be some sanction, however, if these people are truly physicians.

That’s OK. The Governor can simply have that “doctor” arrested for fraud and I am sure that carries a multi year penalty in jail and loss of her medical license.
Well, they’ve got docs’ coats on. All the shows on FNC have been talking about it, including Greg Jarrett (who’s a lawyer and says it’s out and out doctor fraud). Haven’t viewed it yet, but bless Andrew Breitbart - once again he got good undercover video, this time of a doc giving HIM an excuse/note.
I certainly hope, as Gov. Walker has alluded to, that the docs who are identified will be investigated - they could actually lose their medical licenses. LOL
