Haven’t read through all the responses, but if this person is not a doctor, she is committing a crime by representing herself as one. If she is a doctor, she is putting her license to practice medicine at serious risk by these actions. Deliberately falsifying medical records is medical fraud. Since these claims of illness were being signed off on for the purpose of paying sick leave benefits, there is a tangible monetary value involved and the photos and videos of the signings prove that no actual medical evaluation took place.

There ya go - perfect comment. I think we have all been attempting to explain why this would be wrong but you nailed it. I forgot they were qualifying for sick pay so this doctor just falsified records.

It would be another step if the insurance paid a claim to this doctor and she got nailed for insurance fraud.
