Why is it when it was Iran his policy was “no country” may interfere in another but a year later hes lecturing Egypt?

Part of me relishes the thought of seeing the media cover President Palin inviting President Mubarak to the WH in Feb of 2013. Or maybe President Mubarak receiving President Palin in Egypt and doing a photo-op/press conference at the Pyramids. Just seeing the media reaction alone would be great.

There were some chanting that the other day (I kid you not). I thought I was listening to Jessie or Al. I do not trust that these protestors represent Egypt.

He may be a tyrant - but he is clearly an Egyptian patriotOf course he's a tyrant, but he was good enough for them, for 30 years. Only now, suddenly, they want him out, and out fast. Give me a break. The Egyptians don't want democracy or liberty, they just want a new man to provide them the same stability as the old man did. And the instigators want power. A very old story.

With the incoherent response by his administration to the Egypt situation, Obama's on the ropes. His ineptitude and cluelessness are exposed and I suspect that he's cracked yet again under the pressure.
The GOP had better step and and deliver ASAP on their vow to defund commiecare. Get in their punches now that he's withdrawn into his fog of failure.

I don't think so. Mubarak just played his hand with the military. He's a good poker player. I'm thinking this might be a power struggle between the military and Mubarak at this point. Their move. (they have a lot to lose.)
Smart choice would be for them to keep their mouths shut, quit listening to obama, start negotiating with Mubarak and keep the best interests of Egypt/peace in mind.
