He wants to grab this good news and turn it negative!Shep will do that. Like his opening question, and comment, to the judge: Aren't these all republican AG's? It's totally political!"
He is, pretty much, an idiot!

Without individual mandate, you can stick a fork in this baby. Its done. Obama will up the ante. Good. Never give a sucker an even break. He's got a Republican house, and the Democrats are scattered and broken. And he still wants to press on? Step right up, my good man.
The more chips Obama wants to throw away on lost causes, the better.

This will have to go further though, and actual land mark legislation repealing it will have to pass. It wont be easy. No repeal is needed for a law that is ruled un-Constitutional; it is null and void. It just goes into the burn bucket.

“Didn’t like”?
come on now... that’s pretty “imprecise” to be charitable.
How about “the judge determined that, compared to the objective standard set by the Constitution, this law was outside the bounds of the authority of Congress”?
I don’t mean to be pedantic, but LEFTIST judges rule according to what they “like” and “don’t like”, not conservative judges.

ANY REP OR SEN THAT DOESN’T BACK REPEAL IS ADVOCATING UNCONSTITUTIONAL LAWS.

Agreed and I don’t know how it will go down. If this decision is upheld by SCOTUS which it should be I’d think the bill would die when they uphold it but I’m no legal eagle.

The health care market is more than one sixth of the national economy, and without doubt Congress has the power to reform and regulate this market. Then you can start by allowing the purchase of insurance across state lines!

Can you imagine what Oprah will be like today? And tomorrow morning they’ll have to have cots just out of sight for reviving talking heads.
I’d wager the media will trash this judge beyond belief, but who knows. This is too big to ignore. Obambi must have had some talking points issues prior to this loss. Otherwise he is one clueless individual.
