Ellen DeGeneres talks to guests about how she does it. Actress Alicia Silverstone wrote a book about how she does it. A slimmer Bill Clinton made news for talking about doing it, and all Chelsea's friends do it -- at least they did on her wedding day. Ed Begely Jr., the 61-year-old activist and actor, has been doing it for longer than any of them. They eat a vegan diet, as more and more Americans are doing, trend-watchers and cookbook publishers tell us. But what does that mean, exactly?

Four of my teeth, the canines [two upper jaw, two lower jaw], come to a point. To rend flesh.
No beer + no bread + no cheese + no marshmallows = no reason to live.
So long as real food remains legal.
Being at the top of the food chain is not a vice.

It means that they have a serious lack of proteins and amino acids..............brain food...........

Let me rephrase that:
Extremism at the top of the food chain is no vice.
I talk to a lot of people who say they are vegetarian. Then they tell me they eat eggs and cheese. Well, and fish. And some even eat chicken. Idiots. They are not vegetarians. They just don’t eat red meat.
People are idiots.
And most of them eat a lot of junk foods. If they want to be healthy they would be a lot better off just preparing their own foods and not eating premade junk. But no one wants to do that because it’s a lot of trouble, cooking and all.
Liberals exist just to suck all that is good from life, eh Stu?
Honey is, in essence, bee vomit. No bees are harmed in the making of honey. I think the vegans are cheating themselves out of a good thing. Bees pollinate plants. If they are going to be that scrupulous about honey, they should not eat any plants that have been pollinated by bees.
I have had to give up good bread (wheat) recently. It does make life a little less good. Good thing I can still have other good things like meat. And cheese.
