A pro-family organization that works to equip churches to transform the culture is defending a privately held, family-owned chicken restaurant that is under fire for providing lunches for a recent marriage seminar.
In addition to closing on Sundays to allow worship and family time for its employees, Chick-fil-A and many of its franchise owners across the U.S. have pledged to contribute to everything from marriage seminars to retreats and counseling for the employees of its 1,200 locations. The perk has gone largely unnoticed until recently.
"A local Pennsylvania Chick-fil-A decided to donate some box-lunches to a seminar called 'The Art of Marriage: Getting to the Heart of God's Design,'" reports Family Research Council (FRC) president Tony Perkins. "Since then, the fast-food chain has come under attack from liberals, who say these sandwiches are somehow a political statement against homosexuality."

A man with 9 wives is much more normal than gay marriage.
It’s procreative, non extinctionary. Happened in different cultures throughout history which didn’t immediately collapse.
One good guideline as to whether a certain thing is a good thing to do is - if everyone did that, would we be extinct in a 100 years? If yes, it’s probably a bad idea.
I don’t actually have any problem with polygamy.
How about this one. Where does this one fall is the better same or worse than gay marriage. Older men marrying younger women. Young women, girls, teenage. Was common, accepted practice, certainly procreative, non extinctionary.
Nowadays, if you watched tv, sitcoms and such, you’d think that people are horrified by the idea of having sex with a 17 year old girl. Gay marriage is fine with those characters, but the character who is dating or is thinking about dating the 17 year old is always told that it’s bad sleazy wrong and illegal. I wonder how most would compare the 2 there.

Every purchase that I make has an element of the political, and I eat Chick-fil-A on the rare occasions that I eat fast food.

Say a man with more than one wife is a hell of a lot normal and natural than two of the same sex and you’re right.
Two of the same sex cannot reproduce, they cannot carry on then human species.
Homosexuality is a way for them to get off and yet for some reason which many of their supporters have not thought is the fact they cannot reproduce, they do get more diseases, they do die younger etc.
I find it ironic that those homosexuals have no problem with how they get off and actualy say they should have equal rights but then have a problem with say a man having two women.
Polygamists need to wake up and take their way of marriage to MA etc and use exactly the same arguments of those homosexuals.
Of course if this did happen many would wake up that marriage needs to stay as it has one man and one woman plus this would be the homosexuals worst nightmare.
BTW I’m not advocating polygamy and do believe that marriage is between one man and one woman but the homosexuals cannot cry about having equal rights based on sexual preference but then have a problem with other kinds of sex and marriage.
The sooner these people and their sad supporters wake up the better.

So, those people who objected to the reading of the constitution a couple weeks back were communists.
wouldn’t you say that they were supporting the communist manifesto if they do say the Constitution is old fashioned, out of step etc?
I quoted the number 29 specifically because it was the most current to contemporary political events.
In 1963, we learned what the Communist goals were, or some of them.
50 years later, we hear Democrats doing something just like 29.
We can say “no wonder you don’t want to hear the Constitution read, you’re a communist”.

It’s shocking to see that those rules are nearly completed and we still have the left virtually quoting those words from back then.
