Obama to Push New Spending State of Union Speech to Call for Boosting 'Competitiveness' While Nodding to Need for Budget Cuts
President Barack Obama will call for new government spending on infrastructure, education and research in his State of the Union address Tuesday, sharpening his response to Republicans in Congress who are demanding deep budget cuts, people familiar with the speech said.
Mr. Obama will argue that the U.S., even while trying to reduce its budget deficit, must make targeted investments to foster job growth and boost U.S. competitiveness in the world economy. The new spending could initiatives aimed at building the renewable-energy sector—which received billions of dollars in stimulus funding—and rebuilding roads to improve transportation, people familiar with the matter said. Money to restructure the No Child Left Behind law's testing mandates and institute more competitive grants also could be included.
In arguing that U.S. competitiveness is at stake, Mr. Obama plans to use his nationally televised speech to try to frame the spending debate with Republicans that is expected to dominate Congress in the coming months. "We seek to do everything we can to spur hiring and ensure our nation can compete with anybody on the planet," Mr. Obama said Friday after touring a General Electric Co. plant in Schenectady, N.Y. He cited clean-energy manufacturing, infrastructure and education as keys to competitiveness.

You’re wrong. He gets it. He knows exactly what he’s doing and he is doing it (unfortunately) all too well. Him and his communist controllers are tearing this country down at a rate that simply astounds me. It is the vast amount of American people who don’t get it.

Obama “moving to the center” would be like the communist Chinese dictator Hu moving to a constitutional republic. Anyone trying to peddle this snake oil, should be banned from conservative talk shows, for life!
Obama’s political theory is more akin to Hu’s. But, at least for now, our Constitution prohibits him from being all he wants to be. Moreover, I am confident he works diligently to find a work-around. Executive orders are just one tool available to him.
Then, he has the three stooges at his side. Pelosi, Reid, and McCain. They will protect him, do his bidding, and provide him with a comfort zone. So, he’s likely somewhat confident his ultimate goal, to destroy our constitutional republic, can still be met. Beginning with bankruptcy, ending in total chaos.

Tomorrow, I'll visit Tampa, Florida, where workers will soon break ground on a new high-speed railroad funded by the Recovery Act. (Applause.) There are projects like that all across this country that will create jobs and help move our nation's goods, services, and information. (Applause.)
We should put more Americans to work building clean energy facilities -- (applause) -- and give rebates to Americans who make their homes more energy-efficient, which supports clean energy jobs. (Applause.) And to encourage these and other businesses to stay within our borders, it is time to finally slash the tax breaks for companies that ship our jobs overseas, and give those tax breaks to companies that create jobs right here in the United States of America. (Applause.)

Here’s a theory:
All new spending is essentially financed by China. Maybe Obama is so smart that he’s recognized we’ve essentially ceded our sovreignity to China through borrowing. To fix this problem instead of trying to pay it off, he’s trying to spend China into oblivion.
After all, when you owe the bank some money the bank owns you...but when you owe the bank a TON of money, you own the bank.
They should either give the money back, or do some HARD TIME. Issue a warrant for their arrest if they ever return. Enough of this assraping of the taxpayers and getting rescued by bailouts and golden parachutes. Enough already!

Correct, but it's of course much deeper than Barack Obama. These people are NOT dumb. The process is to keep the rich powerful and the less rich oppressed, using guilt, deceit, extortion, the media.
Interestingly enough it is going to be the movement that questions Barack Obama's credentials (stereotyped as "birthers" by the strategists) which is ultimately going to reveal how much Americans are manipulated by a "conspiratorial" cabal.
