An abortion doctor has been arrested and charged with the murder of a patient and seven live infants whose spines were severed with scissors at a West Philadelphia clinic that has been described as a house of horrors, officials said today.
District Attorney Seth Williams said the doctor, Kermit P. Gosnell, was charged following a grand jury investigation.
Gosnell, 69, lost his medical license last year after health officials determined his clinic posed "a clear danger to the public."
Gosnell was arrested this morning, officials said. He has maintained his innocence.
The seven infants were born alive in the 6th, 7th and 8th months of pregnancy and killed by severing their spinal cords with scissors, William said.

I was “the big story” on the Action News 6 o’clock local Philly news tonight.
My policy is to ignore thread Nazis. Thanks for posting. I just picked up on this story (I work at a job and cannot spend 24/7 cataloging threads and copying links for “already posted” gotchas).
Aside from that - I did hear this story reported as the lede on, I believe Fox Radio news at 5 o’clock.

Four hours and and only forty-three comments on a story about horrific murders in breaking news on a conservative website. Does this atrocity not bother my conservative brothers and sisters? Why would this make the evening news when WE dont seem to even care?
Right now, the Pennsylvania legislature and Governor should be burning the midnight oil, talking about the need for increased regulation and monitoring of the abortion industry and holding this monster out as their poster boy for reform. The fact that they're (most likely) not is why the democrat agenda moves forward while the right struggles to find their way out of the starting gate.
Some might call it exploiting the deaths of innocents. I call it an effort to ensure their deaths were not in vain.
There's a lot more there than just info on this murderer and his pill-mill/abortuary. I only scanned through about a third of it, but it's enough to make anyone sick! And the cretins in the government - like the DA - wonder why we don't trust them.

this might be the most disgusting story ive ever read. They need to have the death penalty on the books for this disgusting human pile of feces.
Hope he and all his employees get the maximum sentence under the law. Clearly, he deserves the death penalty.

I wonder if the mothers were informed EXACTLY how THEIR infants died?....I'm sure they were presented with all sorts of info on the benefits of abortion.
If I saw something like that in progress, I would do anything in my power... bar none... to stop it. Murdering babies is absolutely the most barbaric of acts.
