Cameras rolled as suspect Jared Loughner allegedly fired all 31 bullets in the clip of his Glock, plus another round that was already in the chamber, at a supermarket in Tucson, Ariz., on Jan. 8.
At the outset of the melee, unidentified sources who have seen the video tell the Washington Post, Loughner walked straight up to congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords and shot her above the left eye from about two or three feet away.
Within moments, Loughner also allegedly shot Chief Arizona U.S. District Judge John Roll, who had tried to take cover under a table. As Roll did so, initial reports in the Post indicated he sought to protect the congresswoman's aide, Ron Barber, pushing Barber to the ground and getting on top of him, the newspaper reports. A later version of the article backs off that claim and notes that both Roll and Barber sought cover in the same area.
Barber has now been released from the hospital, KVOA reported last week. And Giffords is doing remarkably well, under the circumstances, reportedly recognizing her husband and friends and responding to them.

An even worse thing is that the trial will go on for years. Motions and appeals and challenges, etc etc etc etc etc etc etc... by the end, NO ONE will be able to honestly say that justice was done.
TOTALLY DISHONORING the victims and throwing shame on our legal “system”!
But the lawyers will make a boatload of cash!
Reporters write for their audience and to most Americans a clip is something that holds bullets and a magazine is something you read at the dentist's office.
I don’t want to see the videos. Law enforcement will see them, and they’ll be part of the official record. That’s enough for me.

If you shot your intended target in the eye at point blank range, would you expect them to live?
It’s very clear from this account that Gifford, not Roll, was the principal focus of concern for Loughner. If he had been trying to off the judge, he would have shot him first. After all, in a conceal carry state like AZ, for all he knew, someone was going to shoot him within seconds of his taking his first shot. Roll was unlucky. Sounds like if the bullet had been just inches to one side or the other, he would have been wounded, but not fatally etc. When shooting into his torso, Loughner could have had no real confidence that Roll would die. If Roll really had been the intended assassination target, one would think that aiming for the head would be a more reliable way of killing the victim (or permanently maiming him for life).
There have been reports from the FBI and the Sheriffs department that stated that they only recovered 22 spent casings. There were reports that his Glock jammed and there were still cartridges in the magazine that he ejected, so the “inside sources” this reporter is talking to is probably Geraldo.
Seems like shooting somebody in the heart was much more effective in ALL the cases that day.
If I was deranged enough to have a target I seriously meant to kill, I would make sure I finished the job. If he was that deranged and wanted to specifically kill Giffords, he would have pumped at least 3 or 4 bullets into her, like he did into his other victims later on - although he pumped those bullets into their legs and feet for the most part.
He was at point-blank range and he was able to be deadly accurate. So he had the opportunity and ability to accomplish whatever assassination he intended to do - and yet his “intended target” is recovering but a much more significant target to Obama’s agenda was killed instantly, the first person he shot fatally.
If he intended to kill Judge Roll while making it look like he wasn’t trying to kill Roll, he would aim for somebody else first, as if that was the target, kill Judge Roll, and then make it look like he was a crazy man just shooting at whoever was there. That’s how he would hide who the real target was. Or at least that’s what his mind controllers would have him do, if they wanted him to be their assassin without anybody knowing who the real target was.
Nobody seems to be investigating the mind control end of things. Both Loughner and Fuller are big into mind control. Both are flaky, which makes them prime candidates for genuine mind control - or which could be a result of mind control. Folks who are aware of mind control techniques have said that what was on Loughner’s uploaded videos was not the work of somebody just pretending or dabbling. Either this guy or somebody framing this guy has experience with real mind control techniques.
A psychic medium who has helped with serious high-profile investigations has said that Loughner said in 2005 that he was hearing voices telling him to do bad stuff - at 16, at a time when he had lots of friends and lived a fairly normal life. She says she told him to be careful of his choices because she saw prison in his future. The next couple years he tried to get his life in order but just couldn’t make it work. Got off the drugs but then got into the mind control stuff. And in September of 2010 the cop described him as having his head cocked to the left and his eyes constantly darting up to the left. That’s what I’d expect of somebody who was hearing a voice that he knew was not his own voice. I want to do some more reading, but that doesn’t seem like what I’ve understood about schizophrenia.
I suppose it could just be irony and coincidence. Just like the ever-shifting stories - primarily from Dupnik - could be coincidence. It doesn’t inspire much confidence to see these issues seemingly ignored rather than seriously investigated.
Ironic, if nothing else.
We’ve been getting conflicting stories on just about every detail of this event. I read an article this morning where a White House source was saying they intended to capitalize on the whole thing to frame the Tea Party, and so they kept repeating what they knew was “misinformation”. IOW, they disseminated disinformation. No wonder we’ve got so many conflicting stories. And I doubt that they’re done with the disinformation.
People talk about conspiracy theorists. Well..... would you say that the White House deliberately spreading misinformation is a “conspiracy”? If they want people to not come up with alternate theories or question the official story line, then they should make the story line at least match itself. When the media, government, and law enforcement (Eric Holder’s DOJ? Hah!) are all so lacking in credibility, and when the stories are constantly shifting and contradicting, anybody who’s really paying attention and cares about truth is gonna wonder what the heck is going on.

What I said made perfect sense. If the point was to hide that Judge Roll was the intended target, somebody else would have to be made to appear as the target, and the death of Judge Roll made to look as a fluke. It’s a diversion. Classic tactic.
If somebody was practicing mind control on Loughner - either through hypnosis (the mind control technique mentioned by Fuller), by subliminal messaging or brain manipulation (such as might have been in the files Laughner uploaded) the instruction could easily have been to go for Giffords first but then make SURE to kill Judge Roll and then appear to go after everybody else.
With that much ammo, he intended it to either be or appear to be a massacre - not just an assassination of a single person. If it was an assassination of a single person he would have emptied all his hatred and all his bullets on the person he targeted.
I think what you’re saying is that I’m crazy if I think that mind control is ever used to get someone to perform an assassination. What do you think people DO use mind control for? Or do you think mind control never happens?
Interesting thoughts. I am sure there is more to this than has been made public. I am also certain (although of course I am known to be wrong sometimes! haha) that Fuller and Loughner knew each other and were there on the spot as a team.
Nearly 90% of people shot with a pistol cartridge survive. The ones that die bleed out because they ran and therefore could not get a transfusion in time. With a shot through the aorta you would bleed out in 7 seconds, hardly time for a transfusion. Just like real estate, location is everything in shot placement.
The interesting thing is that Judge Roll, a few weeks prior to his murder, issued a preliminary ruling on a presidential executive order goving authority for the government to seize 401(k) accounts as directed by the president.
The prelininary rulling was a stop order on the presidential initiative, pending trial.
And here Roll turns up dead? Was Loughner a plant and Judge Roll the real target?
This gets more curious as details about Roll come out.Giffords and others may have been just collateral damage?
