Watch the video.
You can read the text of her brilliant speech here:
America's Enduring Strength
Outstanding!!
From what I’ve seen from the libs most of the day, Sarah’s speech only consisted of two words, ‘blood libel.’ I think that she caught them totally unprepared and they don’t quite know how to respond. Sarah ‘the unconventional’ strikes again!
That is one of the most inspiring and brilliant speeches I have ever heard.
Now THAT was Presidential!
Sarah transcends bad press daily. If Reagan was the "Teflon President", Sarah Palin may well become the "Titanium President".
I just watched Charles Krauthammer once again diss Palin on FOX. He didn't like Sarah's video today and thought it was unnecessary. That guy is a friggin' fool.
Outstanding speech and very presidential in word, delivery and appearance. That is what we are missing. A President we can rely on. A President that loves our country.
I’ve heard media say “why did she wait so long to make a statement?”, then they say, “why did she do it now?”. It might seem like she can’t win but the fact that they are all freaking out means - she’s already won. They just don’t know it yet.
As a resident of Arizona, this whole thing has broken my heart, pissed me off, driven me crazy, made me sick. When I listened to Sarah this morning, I teared up. I heard hope, I heard calmness, I heard encouragement. I heard chastisement, too. She said what needed to be said. I think President Sarah Palin has a wonderful ring to it.
Charles Krauthammer suffers terrible PDS. It is amazing that he said that it was unnecessary. I heard that too.
Wow. She is the only person so far to address this event and reaction as a leader should.
I listened with someone, and they started to well up with tears of pride during her speech.
It was that powerful and moving.
That’s my President!
Rush said the other day, Monday I believe, that the liberals/leftists are going to win one day. Rush conceded eventual defeat. I was surprised, yet that is what I heard.
The posts on the outside forums are nothing but hate directed at the TEA party. Some are attempting to fight back, yet appear to be losing. I would like for us to overcome this with words, yet I do not know if I can find those words.
I will be in prayer for Conservatives and our Nation. We may need divine intervention, as throughout most times in our history we have needed such. Americans (beginning with our Founders) have prayed and God came through for us. May God come through for us once more. In Jesus name I pray...Amen.
God Help Us, if the left and leftists win. This is the only thing keeping me in the fight. For I know if the left and leftists win our nation will suffer unspeakable horror.
You're absolutely right, but I believe the US population as a whole MAY have gone too far into sin and rebellion against Jesus Christ's holy Word to turn back now. In fact, biblical prophecy shows no place for the US in it's end times scenario, which I believe with all my heart is literally unfolding day by day before our incredulous eyes.
Pollsters tell us that about 70% of Americans identify themselves as Christians, but how many of those really know what being a biblically defined Christian is all about? For one very important thing it means that faithful Christians at least strive to honor and obey His holy word on every issue that we face in day to day life. But how many of those millions of professing "Christians" have read even enough scripture in their entire lives to know what God expects, make that DEMANDS, of His born again people? Since so many self-identified "Christians" today live almost exactly like their non-Christian neighbors live and behave it has become almost impossible to identify who is and who isn't a genuine born again Christian unless you compare their overall lifestyles and actual beliefs concerning ethics and morality to biblical standards that God requires of His people. It's true that one professing Christian (like myself) isn't fully qualified to judge another's professed Christianity, and it's also true that a genuine Christian can fall into a grossly sinful lifestyle for a limited period of time. However, he/she won't continue indefinitely in that lifestyle or else God will remove him/her from life on this planet. I don't mean the He will send that unfaithful Christian to hell, because as a moderate Calvinist I believe in the perseverance of the saints. I just mean that He may take him or her to heaven prematurely so that he/she won't continue to be an embarrassment to Him and His Church on earth. IMHO, any "Christian" who continues to live indefinitely outside the confines of God's moral law without at least severe correctional chastisement from Him is probably not an authentic born again Christian to begin with.
I use the term "born again" because Jesus said that only a person who has been "born again" through faith in His blood atonement for sin will enter the gates of His Heaven. I think that term has been so relentlessly mocked and jeered by the liberal media and academia primarily because it is the biblical term for authentic Christians. After all, Jesus Himself said that we MUST be born again to enter into His heaven, and that the gate to Heaven is narrow and few find it, while the gate to hell is broad and many find it. The truth of His statement is clearly demonstrated by the anti-Christian American media and academia whose hatred of His inspired, eternal, infallible, supernaturally protected Word is as blatant as their hatred for real Christians who submit to Jesus' lordship and at least attempt to practice what He preached to the best of their understanding of His teaching. However, for some unknown reason practically all the better known bible translators used the term "servant" for the Greek word "doula", but the proper translation of that term in the original text is "slave". (Modern Greek doula, from Greek dialectal doul, servant-woman, slave) At the time the New Testament was being written by men under divine inspiration a doula had no rights whatsoever under Roman law, and was owned and totally at the mercy of his or her owner. If judged by that divinely inspired biblical standard, how many of us 21st century American "Christians" actually belong in that category? I can't be anyone's judge because I can only see what's on the outside of a person's heart, and that only in part. But God sees what's inside every man/woman's heart, and He alone is the final judge of the content of that person's heart.
I said all the above to try to explain why I believe that the America we love and pray for has now almost completely committed itself to Satan's earthly dominion, and is well along the road to destruction during, or possibly even before, the soon-coming terrible 7-year period of time that the Holy Spirit Himself revealed to the Apostle John by His dictation of the book of Revelation.
I hope my post isn't too discouraging or taken as condemnation of all professing Christians who occupy positions of authority in this nation. After all, we are commanded to pray for those in authority over us and to honor their God given positions in government. And that unequivocal command was divinely given even at the time when the Roman authorities were severely persecuting and killing Christians en masse.
I shall remain an honest person continuing to believe, and obey God's Law. I do have trouble though watching fellow Christians begin their bow down to evil and concede evil the victory. This is not the America I know. I was taught the possible will happen right away, the impossible will take a few days. I always believe the impossible was possible, due to my upbringing. I have had wonderful parents, teachers, ministers, friends, and family throughout my entire life. I am blessed. I cry for those who have not had the blessings I have been given. Yet I am empty. I am empty because I love this nation. I watch those who hate our nation rise and destroy our nation and our nation's future. I cannot simply walk away from my nation when my nation offers the best hope for humans on this planet. I would perhaps be happier, if I could walk away and have never another thought concerning the wrongs and evil and choose instead to forget, yet I would go against all who raised and taught me should I do such.
I do appreciate your words. Your words did help me, even though I ranted against them above. My goal was not to offend you. May God Bless You and Yours. Though I know not who you are, I shall pray for you, and I request prayer from you for me, please.
May the Rapture come before Christians have to endue seven years of trial and tribulation. Even though I mention seven years, I believe I have been under my trial and tribulation for far longer than seven years. I do not blame anyone or anything, I simply believe it is the way of the world, where I have taken too much of the world into my eyes to see who actually is king of this earth. May that king of this world be defeated soon, and placed in unbreakable chains. The present king being, that evil, also known as Satan.
Thank you, once more for your words. I shall attempt to not be discouraged.
By no means did I intend to give the impression that I am despondent, without hope, or ready to "bow down to evil". I pray every day that God will intervene on behalf of His people in what I believe to be a time of serious national crisis created by those among us who have defied God's authority and rejected the Christian faith of our nation's founding fathers. IMHO the founding fathers would have NO toleration for national sin such as our acceptance of abortion as a "right", or our acceptance of even the most abhorrent homosexual perversion as normal behavior.
Although I yearn to see the day when the Archangel blows his trumpet and calls Jesus Christ's children to our eternal home with Him, I am very much hopeful and daily in prayer, as I believe are you, for our once Christ-honoring nation and people to return to Him and His Word in every aspect of our lives and our nation's laws, policies, and goals. Thanks for reading my somewhat discouraging screed, and if the rapture is not close at hand may God grant our earnest mutual prayers for a Christ-honoring future for our nation and it's people.
if the rapture is not close at hand may God grant our earnest mutual prayers for a Christ-honoring future for our nation and it's people.
May the prayers of those believing, cause these things desired to be, and evil be chained ... In Jesus name....Amen..Amen...
Thank You FRiend. My day will be a better one based upon our posts to each other. Please, when you see me failing God and Jesus, come to halt my falling into failure of Them. Thank You!
She’ll make a fine president
Exactly right. Most of the time I would cringe when she'd give some of her speeches because of her delivery, both in tone and demeanor, but this one was wonderful, and hope we'll be hearing more just like it.
Your daughter might want to inform her teacher that the person who coined the term Barack the Magic Negro was a black writer, who I think writes for a paper in California.
I don’t think she can be elected president, and I don’t think she’s most qualified to be president. However, that speech is the most presidential speech that I’ve seen in a long time. She comes across as a real leader.
