The Supreme Court has rejected an appeal from a lawyer who has been in the forefront of the challenge to President Barack Obama's citizenship.
The high court on Monday did not comment in refusing to hear the appeal filed by California lawyer and dentist Orly Taitz. She was contesting a $20,000 fine for filing what a federal judge determined was a frivolous lawsuit.

Fact: A **real** natural born American president would have had these military men ( and at least one military woman) over for a beer in the Rose Garden and personally presented **all** of the **best** evidence to them and made this evidence fully available for examination by all courts.
Personally...I think you owe our military an apology. They deserve to have a president who has been properly vetted. Since Obama can NOT present the very high standard of having U.S. citizens testify of his origins, he should do the next best thing. Obama should promptly release **all** of the **best** evidence proving his natural born citizenship.
But...I doubt that Obama will willing release anything. To do so would likely prove that he is a usurper and a criminal fraud who took MILLIONS of dollars from trusting Americans.

Are you really so out of it that you think anyone has ever said an image on the Internet is acceptable as court documentation? That this self-evident point deserves three capital words and two exclamation points? Have you really missed all the discussions where the most basic evidence of Polarik's fraudulence was his attempt to definitively state that the document was not authentic based on examination of an Internet image only, something no competent forensic document examiner would do?
Obama did not post an image of his COLB on the Internet to provide legal proof of birth. He did it as an informational courtesy for people to whom he is under no legal obligation to prove anything. To believe otherwise is to admit that you are a moron.
Your hysterical repetition of the Little League line is equally stupid. Neither you nor Obama are legally obligated to provide any birth documentation to anyone on the street who asks for it. If you voluntarily chose to join an association that stipulates production of birth certification as a requirement for entry, that's a completely different matter. And an actual COLB would get your kid into most Little Leagues.

The best way is for a neutral party, like a prosecuting attorney, to obtain Obama’s birth records under a subpoena.
That way Obama would have absolutely nothing to do with the release.

Don’t you think we would have heard by now from at least one person in Hawai’i who tried to use a short form COLB to get a driver’s license or a US Passport and was turned away?
At the bottom of every COLB issued by the state of Hawai’i it says: “This copy is prima facie evidence of the fact of birth in any court proceeding.”

So you basically have two options here. In the first, Obama requested a copy of his birth certificate from Hawaii. They sent him the COLB, which his campaign put on the Internet. In response to questions, the state of Hawaii has confirmed that its records say Barak Obama was born in Hawaii. So he already has done what you voluntarily ask and, if he gives you folks any fleeting thought at all, he probably just sighs and wonder how people can be such idiots. He certainly isn't going to waste his time getting another birth certificate for you to complain about, let alone mail it individually to you.
The second option is that Barak Obama, who wasn't required to provide any evidence of birth to the general public, decided to posted a fraudlent birth certificate on the Web. And the entire state of Hawaii government, including its Republican governor, is in on the scam. Oh, and none of the people who ran against him cared even though the truth would have blown him out of the water and given them the nomination or election victory they so desperately coveted. Congress and Dick Cheney didn't care, either. I'm curious what kind of pharmaceutical assistance is needed to find that option compelling.
I suppose there is a third option. You could be one of those breathlessly holding to the fantasy that once American’s see the precious long form birth certificate with a foreign father on it they will robotically pivot in mass and shriek “Vattel was right!” Notwithstanding that Obama has admitted his father was a foreign national forever, wrote a book about it, gave speeches on the campaign trail talking about it, and, if you hysterics are to be believed, forged a fake birth certificate with his Achilles heel father emblazoned on it for everyone to see.
If that's compelling, I've got a bridge in Brooklyn I'd like to sell you. It comes with a Little League team, too.
Therefore,.... Obama should nod his head to his secretary, and promptly give permission to release all of the best evidence.
Fact: Obama instead of promptly proving with all of the best evidence that he is, indeed, a natural born citizen, has instead gone to considerable effort to prevent the release of these **COMMON** documents.
