Since it is sooooooooo clearly straight forward, then Obama should simply release all of the best evidence proving his natural born citizenship.

Obama won’t because he can’t. If he did, it likely would show that he is a usurper and criminally defrauded millions of Americans out of MILLIONS of campaign contributions.

Don’t you think we would have heard by now from at least one person in Hawaii who tried to use a short form COLB to get a driver’s license or a US Passport and was turned away?
At the bottom of every COLB issued by the state of Hawaii it says: “This copy is prima facie evidence of the fact of birth in any court proceeding.”

No one (except possibly you) who is invested in Obama’s ineligibility on “jus soli” grounds (birth in Hawaii) is going to trust any document released under Obama’s authority.
The best way is for a neutral party, like a prosecuting attorney, to obtain Obama’s birth records under a subpoena.
That way Obama would have absolutely nothing to do with the release.
Hawaii Revised Statutes 338-18(b)(9): A confidential birth record can be released without the permission of the person named on the record to: “a person whose right to inspect or obtain a copy of the record is established by an order of a court of competent jurisdiction.”

Since it is sooooooo plainly evident, then Obama should nod his head to his secretary, and promptly give permission to release all of the best evidence.

Fact: The little 14 and 15 year old spandex clad gymnasts, or cute little teens ice skating in fluffy pink costumes, representing the U.S. in the Olympics are better vetted than the purported “president” occupying our White House

Fact: Verbal statements from Lingle and Fukino ( highly massaged or not) will **not** get anyone a driver's license in my state.

Fact: It really is very simple to absolutely prove that one is a natural born citizen. Unanointed Americans do this routinely for many reasons.

( These reasons are far far far less critical than being Commander in Chief of the most powerful and potentially most destructive military force since the dawn of humankind.)

Fact: Obama hasn't proven that he is a natural born citizen with all of the best evidence.

(Personally.... I conclude it is because it is likely that he can't. If he did release these **common** documents, they would show he is a usurper and criminally defrauded Americans out of MILLIONS of donated dollars during his campaign.)
