Obama installs Clinton alone at the podium, leaves him to it; Obama gone, Clinton still there

The darnedest thing just happened on TV. Still happening. Obama takes Clinton to the White House press briefing room. Turns the podium over to Clinton, and leaves the room. If you didn't have the sound on your TV, it looked like Obama resigned and handed over to Clinton. Clinton still talking, setting up dueling filibuster with Bernie Sanders. Clinton at that podium is bad deja vu.

So true. I would prefer GW back, but better Clinton than BO. As I said before, Clinton at least seemed to like our country.

Has BO ever looked weaker? THEN, he leaves for a party so he won’t upset the old battle axe?

Obama installs Clinton alone at the podium, leaves him to it; Obama gone, Clinton still there ROFL! The Clintons, as usual, are as subtle as a barbell.

OMG, I've never seen anything like this. Can you imagine Reagan bringing Nixon in to help push a bill? Or Clinton bringing in Carter? Or Bush bringing in his Dad???? And then leaving the briefing room as the reporters address the surrogate as "Mr. President".
This is really getting bizarre.

What an incredible clip! I half expected Leslie Neilson to come out and take over (employing his serious face) just as Clinton said that he, too, had a party to go to!

Obama is not only humiliated, but looks miserably weak. He can’t handle the situation so he has to call in Clinton. I can’t imagine him now not having a primary challenge to his re-election or not getting the nomination at the convention. He should resign.

Holeeee Shiite!!!! I cannot believe he left Bill at the Presidential Podium and the first question to Bill is: "Mr. President. Is there anything that can be done to shore up the financial markets?". OMG! Unreal. A former President being addressed as President and being asked policy questions??? Someone, anyone...
What an embarrassment.

It’s just too hard. It’s just too much for one man. This is the new Democratic party model.
The display of weakness is staggering.”

Oh, good Lord, you just HAVE to see this! Here are some excerpts from FR posters watching it live:
Clinton is up there acting presidential (can't believe I ever would say that) fielding questions on a wide range of subjects (including foreign policy and the START Treaty!) and 0bama is subserviently standing there motionless with his hands clasped together.
Obama just stood there with his arms folded and looked disgusted and finally said something about keeping his first lady waiting for half an hour.
RealClearPolitics has a video up of the part where Obozo tells Clinton that he's been keeping his wife waiting and that he has to go. Then you see Clinton excuse him, and tell him to go ahead, as Clinton continues fielding questions from the media. This is absolutelyfreakingunbelievable! I doubt that anything like this has ever happened at the presidential podium of a press conference.
