Sarah Palin never claimed she could see Russia from her house that was Tina Fey but she went one better on Glenn Beck's radio show in discussing the tensions in the Korean Peninsula and saying: "We've got to stand with our North Korean allies".
A transcript of the radio show reads:
Interviewer: How would you handle a situation like the one that just developed in North Korea?
Palin: Well, North Korea, this is stemming from a greater problem, when we're all sitting around asking, 'Oh no, what are we going to do,' and we're not having a lot of faith that the White House is going to come out with a strong enough policy to sanction what it is that North Korea is going to do. So this speaks to a bigger picture that certainly scares me in terms of our national security policy. But obviously, we've got to stand with our North Korean allies we're bound to by treaty....
Interviewer: South Korean.
Palin: Yes, and we're also bound by prudence to stand with our South Korean allies, yes.

This will give Joe Biden something to laugh about next time he hopelessly gets lost in a revolving glass door for several hours. :-)
All good and well. He seems like a good man. I think even DeMint is smart enough to realize that he is not infallible. If not, I am sure someone will rush to remind him as soon as he missteps.
Of course, Obama is so smart, he probably joked about this, in Austrian, to his friends.
It’s pathetic that this is even news.
It’s not like she thought we had 58 states (Obama), FDR was on tv (Biden), pretended she got shot at in Kosovo (Hillary), “Did not have sexual relations with that woman” (Bubba) or spent Christmas in Cambodia (Frenchie).
Now if she got Todd’s name wrong, that would be a problem.
BFD.
I believe Sarah can best help the conservative movement and Conservative candidates by raising money and campaigning for them.
Oops
blast from the past:
In the days leading up to an interview with ABC News Charlie Gibson, aides were worried with Ms. Palins grasp of facts. She couldnt explain why North and South Korea were separate nations and she did not know what the Federal Reserve did. She also said she believed Saddam Hussein attacked the United States on Sept. 11, 2001.

You’d think she’d know by now.
She needs to follow Obabama’s example and NEVER speak without a teleprompter. Apparently it’s far better to openly admit you’re too damn stupid to speak on your own than to have an obvious slip-up in the thousands of unscripted words that come out of your mouth.
If we’re going to have a level playing field then O needs to lose the teleprompter, then we can all read, reread, televise, and broadcast every stupid word that comes out of his mouth.
Yes but does Sarah speak Austrian?
Is the Democrat Party conceding that Barack Obama is a Muslim? It seems that way if they are going to pursue this argument.
Chuck DeVore's former campaign manager tweets:
Anyone who thinks Palin meant "North Korea" also thinks the President meant "my Muslim faith." Right?
This effort to make something out of Palin's South/North Korea quote all but convinces me she will be the next president.
Barack Obama explicitly says that his faith is "Muslim." Regardless of his actual religious faith, Obama clearly meant to say "Christian faith" in the interview.
However, if we apply the logic that the Democrat Party and the media are using with respect to Palin's comments, then the only conclusion we can draw from this logic is that Barack Obama is a Muslim.
“Intersting that you mention East and West Germany, considering the comment Palin proxy Joe Miller made in admiration of East Germanys Berlin Wall.”
It just makes you wonder what they were doing in the middle of the Cold War...if they can’t tell that apart...or remember which side is which.
Which is exactly why I cannot vote for her. She's in over her head.
Being entangled with Juan McCain makes her all the less attractive.

I’ve said “bartender” when I meant “barber”. I have never said “barber” when I meant to say “bartender”. Interesting that.
“All good and well. He seems like a good man. I think even DeMint is smart enough to realize that he is not infallible. If not, I am sure someone will rush to remind him as soon as he missteps.”
We shall watch - so far no sign of that. I don’t remember Reagan screwing up that bad either (but maybe he did). If DeMint misses something that basic, I will TOTALLY be on his case too. I want people in power from our party that understand that good and bad are not debate sides, but rather are embedded in their brains.
As long as all we have to do is show your average libtard Ohaha’s photo...its gonna be ok.
If she wants to be president she needs to bone up on foreign policy and say more than stand with our allies. She’s got the domestic stuff down but needs to come across better than this.
On Mars, no less.
