People view the establishment Republicans like Rove Cornyn Murkowski as our allies they are not they are in bed with the radicals in the Democrat party.I think I follow your point and I agree.
What I mean to say is that Miller, a good Conservative, ought to fight this to the bitter end and not settle for the dirty tricks murkowsky dished out. The way I understand it there are thousands of military votes left to come in still. That matters. It seems that the decision to allow the "intent of the voter" rather than the written law can be appealed.
Joe Miller should fight on as a Conservative. All the way to the end.

Hopefully Miller will try again against Alaskas Dem. Senator Begich. Theres no reason a Dem should be occupying that seat. The only reason he is is because of the Justice Departments abusive and ultimately failed attack on the late Senator Ted Stevens. Begich is therefore a one term accident and Miller could easily beat him.

Does Gov. Parnell have to certify the election results?
What if he refused to do so and instead certified Miller as the official winner?

Miller will be on Cavuto’s show on FOX at 4 PM.

I agree. If the law says that the name should be written correctly to count as a vote, then the name should be written correctly to count.
That is not what you wrote first. You suggested voter fraud in the case of a few people writing her name in over and over.

glenn beck said it best. Its like in a football match. You have the crowd against you, the other team against you, the umpire against you and some members on your own team against you

What is the difference between them now? Do you know?
Wondering if the difference is so great that the military votes couldn’t outweigh it. We need to hear more before we succumb to the media’s opinion.

Thanks, I was thinking she ran as an Independant write-in.
I hope she gets treated like dog crap.

His biggest mistake was running on cutting off Washington earmarks to Alaska. Even the Alaska republicans do not want that to happen.Pretty much, though Miller did kinda implode in the last weeks of the campaign. He might have still won were it not for the way he handled the issue of his personnel file and the disciplinary action. He should have just gotten it out there and not risked the negative news being released by court order. It isn't like the information that came out was that big of a deal. In the end it looked like he'd covered something up and it sunk his campaign for good.
