A congressional document that has been posted on the Internet confirms no one – not Congress, not the states and not election officials – bothered to check Barack Obama's eligibility to be president, and in fact, that status remains undocumented to this day.
It's because state and federal law did not require anyone in Congress or elsewhere to check to see if Obama was a "natural born Citizen" under the meaning of Article 2, Section 1 of the Constitution, according the document.
The analysis by the Congressional Research Service, a research arm of the U.S. Congress, openly admits no one in the federal government, including Congress, ever asked to see Obama's long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate. In fact, it explains no one was required to do so.
Technically, the CRS is a public policy research arm of the United States Congress that is organized as a legislative branch agency within the Library of Congress; the CRS works exclusively for members of Congress, congressional committees and congressional staff in an advisory capacity, answering questions.

For those who know what American citizenship means, natural born citizenship is easy to define.
The drama surrounding the birth certificate is a red herring. It would, however, establish the identity of his parents in a way that would be admissable as evidence in a court of law. If the birth certificate names both parents, the issue would then become whether they were both US citizens at the time of his birth. Averring that one or both of the named parents were not in fact his parents would require strong proof; otherwise the court would be forced to assume the facts as specified by the birth certificate.
Obama and others have repeatedly claimed publicly that Obama's father never was a US citizen at any time. If true, then Obama is not a Natural Born Citizen and so is not and has never been POTUS.

Yes...There was one exception, Arthur, a vice-president who became president through the death of the existing president. And...I believe he did serve out a partial term but was smart enough not to run for re-election.

Good question and I do not have a good answer. I have seen 3 different articles hinting at the same things expressed in the article I linked. It may be as suggested that the Dems actually realize how dangerously close they are to being destroyed as a party that they have the knives out after him to try and save the remains of the party. If accusations are true, I am not sure his removal will fix this.
Der Hilderbeast is conveniently out of country. She has the crew who can expose this if she likes. She knows all about it. Problem is, even some of the Pubbies (RINO's) knew from the beginning. Do they stand trial also? As far as I am concerned, one traitor is as bad as another. The only way to rationalize that problem is to assume the "Globalist" in both parties supported him. Treason is still a very serious charge.

I would say Pelosi is in serious trouble as her signature is on all the state eligibility forms certifying he is eligible to be president.

McCain’s citizenship was challenged in my district caucus during the primaries. McCain was born to parents of American citizenship, but in the Panama Canal Zone. The challenger was hooted down. As a body, our caucus gave McCain a “pass.”
But I think this is why McCain never pursued Obama’s status: his own citizenship credentials for the Presidency would have been made an issue, too.

Sometime around late-Clinton-early-Bush this country started down the path of massive legal immigration, along with encouraging illegal immigration. I didnt notice it was bad until the housing bubble started inflating. You can forget common morals and Christianity as assumed heritage. Correct. If Barrack H. Obama, Sr. is his father he is NOT a Natural Born Citizen. The only way he could be a natural born citizen is if someone else was his father (some suggest Frank Marshall Davis). But I doubt that is the case. Hence, he is inelligible to be POTUS.....
